let me put it this way, if Snapchat was to make a policy that I will have to pay 20k monthly to use the app i will gladly pay it infact i will pay for 12 months in advance. Think of snap aa a a secret government app for government agencies alone, u wont understand anyways... Snap isn't just pictures, even after 11yrs i still don't understand the app 50 percent. If u buy a phone and snap doesn't work on it then that phone is useless. I have like 12 governors as friends on snap, Davido is my friend on snap. Am still grieving for my account loss i will never get over it....i ve made over 100m with that acct

The phone you are using is refurbished, your probably dunno. The IP address has been flagged. Any account you open with it will be flagged. If you doubt, use another phone to open new account and see how it goes

Exactly, I bought a new phone to be able to access Facebook, but one guy told me to bring it tomorrow that he can do that, if it works let's see tomorrow then

There's actually a solution just chill, the IP has been tempered, same with me, can't use Facebook for more than 4 months now, bought new phone to access it , but today ive found a solution to that

I share similar experience with you. But mine is WhatsApp. My account got banned few weeks ago for no just reason. A lot of things has been going on ever since this person bought Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. The rate at which those Indian, Pakistan tech guys working with this companies block Nigerians account. Even when you genuinely use your account and make an appeal, it's always difficult to reinstate them. This is terrible!

Change your phone, I believe your phone is sending wrong signal that triggered blocking

Your phone MAC address has been flagged by meta for suspicious activities.
Not sure what you do and who you chat with, but you’ve been reported by someone or some of the embedded spywares from meta has flagged your account.
Change your phone and you’ll be okay.

I don’t think formatting the phone will fix it. The physical address ( MAC Address) of your phone has been flagged.
You need another phone to access Facebook.

It's either you bought a second hand phone that has been reported or you didn't log out from your previous phone.

You have to wait for some months before it will work again

I think so because I have done it before during black berry time. That time if you buy new blackberry and inserted airtel line in it first, the network will give you some good portion of data. In fact, if i finish the data, i will change it again and I will still be given. But I don't know if it still works now in view of recent technologies.

Use someone closer to you phone number to open another one. It will stay. But if U use any of your contacts,they will still block it

Bro, I experience the same thing. My Facebook account of over 18 years was suspended and I was asked to appeal, which I did and uploaded the required documents. Only for it to be permanently disabled.
I had to register a new account, and within days it was suspended and subsequently disabled.

I went ahead to register yet another one, making it the third one, which I am still observing.

I feel like something else is happening, its like Africans are being blocked from these apps. My snapchat of 11yrs was locked just this morning. I legit shed tears like tears fell down my face. I don't do other socials just snap. A guy on tiktok yesterday said his 300k account got banned for no reason at all. What is going on.

I got the main app, there I realized they requested for national ID card or drivers license and others

You can go through their privacy policies and community guidelines.
But, most common violations are fraudulent activities, harassment, hate speech, spamming etc.
If you’re a Nigerian user, any slight suspicion of the above or more you don collect. If you like upload your details, e don go. Meta would only keep your details for whatsoever purpose in the future it could be useful, whether na ad or training ai or using it to trace you, if you later commit.

I faced same issue even my IG was deactivated and e pain me because it was created for years . Last month I just made up to create new account with android phone and I have not experienced any issue since then.. I even created two accounts Incase 😂😂

My phone was brand new sir.
But for my older phone, I think you may be right that I didn't log out before selling it. I sold it to someone and my uncle went behind to buy it from same person after two days. It's a long story though. Wicked Uncle!
