Yes sir, I want to maintain this arrangement but since the WC is not resting on a free wall, am concerned how will the pipe be laid neatly underground and no odour issues

This has nothing to do with P-trap or U-Trap or whatever trap. WC in their very design trap odor from the soakaway. If there is water in the WC after each flush, no odor will escape. The water in the WC traps odor. P-Traps or U-Trap are for sinks not WC.

Now from the toilet design you posted, the WC is backing up an internal wall instead of an external wall. This is a bit of a plumbing challenge and compromise. You may experience issues running the soil pipe buried inside the internal walls leading to the external walls going outside. The soil pipe is big to be buried in the internal walls. We don't know the structural design of the building, but you may encounter a structural column. If you do, are you going to crack the column too? Running a soil pipe horizontally inside a wall may compromise the structural integrity of that section of the building.

SOLUTION
Option 1
Bury the soil pipe in your foundation below the German floor if a storey building or inside your decking if two floors. I'm not an advocate of this option.

Option 2
Run the soil pipe on the (floor) surface (surface conduit) and box it up with tiling.

This is a renovation project we are currently handling.
And we expect to be done with this within 14 working days.
We started last week Monday;
As you can see, the first two images shows how we met this place. We are meant to change all the tiles both walls and floor as well as changing the wash hand sink and toilets set. We will add other new wonderful features to this Job.
The last two images shows how we left it last week.
