Last week’s decision by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to withdraw recognition for the David Mark-led National Working Committee (NWC) of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), in compliance with a Court of Appeal judgment, has once again exposed the fragility of Nigeria’s opposition politics.https://www.thecable.ng/adc-crisis-internal-failures-or-external-interference/

If there was no internal party dispute, court or INEC wouldn't have been making the decision for the ADC as a party They displayed their dirty linens in the public, they should have themselves to be blamed |

Your cursory look at how strong opposition parties such as PDP,LP,ADC are fading away by the use of party moles who were planted and instigated by the ruling party is enough . |

AgainstIslam:It's never internal. We have seen apc sack chairmen over and over again. Did the deputy chairmen took their place? And the inec has also dismissed any doubt that the ADC crisis has an external interference by their recent conduct. Nigerians has seen this pattern in LP, PDP and now ADC. apc will not remain in power forever. We shall all be here to hear them cry. |

bolaayenimo:Lol with the way you people cry about killing PDP in Lagos is there any election PDP have never been on the ballot in Lagos... Who killed PDP in Anambra or APC in Rivers that makes APGa to keep winning Anambra or PDP always winning in Rivers State.... |

israelmao:There are party moles in APC also and if the opposition didn't plant moles in APC then they should go back to kindergarten and stop disturbing us. The issue is simple. Build a viable opposition party from scratch and stop hyjacking existing parties. No matter how much you cry it won't change a thing. You will only appeal to people interested in sensationalism and politics of emotions not reality. Keep on blaming everyone except yourself. They could build ordinary party but promised to build a nation. They can win a primary but promised to win national elections. |

Tenses:Lol and you've not seen APC loosing won election in Zamfara, Bayelsa or PDP running un opposed in Rivers State.... You people always choose to be blind when Ganduje stepped down who took over from him? The APC internal problem made them loose elections.. And you acting like APC have never been dealt with cause of internal affairs even as them be party in power... |

Leadership failure but blame Tinubu syndrome. They setting up themselves in Atiku's Adamawa. Mr Unifier will do zilch about it, but blame Tinubu later.

Looking at the plantiff capacity and political level he no reach, ADC crisis is from external clamp down but as they say if wall no crack lizard won't enter NA Inside thief go open door for outside thief By antecedence, pattern & signature We know Tinubu is strongly behind it, and thats why Seun bamiloye gave an hint ... Tinubu iRobot wants to shoot seun from Tv ..naa person we beat body go pain 🤭 yoruba elders wehdone |
| Re: ADC Crisis: Internal Failures Or External Interference? by Guestmale: 5:34pm On Apr 06 |
amaridigital:And if at all they want to hijacked an existing party there are other less troublesome parties they can approach but maybe because ADC, also has A as their first acronym and D as the second which may place them before APC on ballot paper and give them advantage of being voted for by illiterate or semi literate APC voters. |

Tenses:Lol what happened to other state like Zamfara I guess it was not an internal party affair.... Who told you those Oshiomole and Oyegun chairman issue didn't affect the Party... You people will always look for excuses wether states or national politics if you leave any loopholes in your party people will take advantage of you... Abi no be loopholes APC leave for River State wey make Wike take advantage of it. If there house are in other will Wike be able to take advantage of it.... Don't put your house in other and be crying up and down... This are the same opposition going to court last election contesting the way Shetima was nominated.. You people don't have point you take advantage of main party loopholes and don't want to have a taste of the same thing.... You guys are just hypocriteee.. |

| Re: ADC Crisis: Internal Failures Or External Interference? by Tareq1105: 5:38pm On Apr 06 |
RollinTNDA:Which same pattern? Blame obi for LP crisis. Why would Obi want Abure to step down as chairman? Why? Abure had been in the LP before Obi ever dreamt of joining. Abure did his best for the party and Obi during the election and tribunal. What is it that Abure didn't do? Obviously Obi cannot manage human resources. Obi now suddenly see Abure as his problem in LP. Why? You want the landlord of the party to step down for someone of your choice, where's that done? And some gullible Obidients Movement members were saying Abure had collected money from Tinubu. Very rude and unserious elements. We heard from a reliable source that it was the donations of Obidient Movement that was the source of the crisis. But Obi in his usual characteristics and desperation jumped ship to meet those he once called corrupt persons. LP crisis is between Obi and Abure. Tinubu APC has nothing to do with them. It's unfortunate that the APC is being accused every time the opposition parties are in disarray. It's a case of a lazy man blaming his tools. |

If course it is largely self inflicted, and I would lay it mainly at the doorway at Babachir Lawal. It was his ego-driven shoving aside the "small boy" Gombe that caused this whole issue. Then of course David Mark did not handle the issue well. However it must be said, the sped with which Gombe was able to get the injunction and INEC derecognition does raise eyebrows and suggests external (read: APC-led) influence. Already allegations of a "powerful minister" from SS as being among the masterminds. But yes, I agree the buck ends with ADC. They need to get their shyte together. |
