Israel wanted to use this war to achieve regime change in Iran. Netanyahu wants the support of the Iranian masses, so bombing civilian neighbourhood would do the opposite.

Nevertheless, Iran is bombing military bases in Israel. If military facilities arent safe, how much civilian?

Israel and the US wont "win" this war. Their objective of regime change will not be achieved. Worse, the US has to negotiate with Iran before the war can end, and the Strait of Hormuz reopened. This entranches the Mullahs further, the very opposite of regime change

Why do you think the Nigerian government chose the Amnestry programne in the Niger Delta rather than fight the militants?

Because the militants were blowing up oil installationa, the government was forced to negotiate, and pacify the militants by starting the amnesty program.

Have you heard the saying, "The bull in a China shop"? That was what the Nigerian government was contending with it. The militants were the bull, while the oil installations was the China shop.

Its the same thing playing out in the Middle East. Iran is now the bull, while there oil assets is the China shop.Iran is ready to destroy the China shop and thats why everyone is scared.

It has closed the Strait of Hormuz.
