What nonsense is this? Tinubu knows too well that he cannot win in a free and fair election, and he's planned his rigging scheme which he's aware will result in court hearing, hence this. |

Sheuns:I wonder why FG should budget for elections litigation? Does FG contest elections? It's supposed to be INEC responsibilities. Or is the FG the one to pay for APC election cases expenses? There's no style this drug pusher will not use to steal money. |

Why not conduct a free and fair election that way, there will be no need for lawsuits and the money can be used to improve the lives of the masses. |

This is not correct. I believe parties should pay for these legal fees and the the federal government of Nigeria. However, INEC legal fees should be paid by the government |

iwaeda:We can just imagine? When government says they earmark such monies for election cases, what happened to empowering communities to fight insecurity. See hw this government thinks? when Judges hear this one now, why won't they be swinging cases up and down to have a share of the pie |

regenerateman:Why should it be paid by the government. Every arm of government has a budget. from Aso rock down to the most irrelevant federal agency or commission and such budget include their everything including legalities. so apart from the almost a billion budget by INEC for nonsense, government is will should still pay INEC's legal nonsense. The massage is then clear, these people are ready to refer electorates to the courts as they did in 2022, to already compromised the courts to their advantage. |

I'm getting increasingly disillusioned with this nonsense system of government we are running and I am now convinced that a hard reset is all we need, even if it comes at a great cost. 'Democracy' has failed. The Fourth Republic has collapsed. And it happened when it got to the turn of the APC. When it got to the turn of the Yorubas preferred by the Yorubas. Enough is enough. This madness has to be terminated now. |
