At what point should the court remove hands from the activities of political parties.
Court did not put hand in activities of political parties. Is it not politicians that take their matter to court?

I don't understand how you lots think.

Did the court go the party secretariat to get involve in the case?

People took a case to court and you asking funny questions.
You will soon blame the ruling party as usual.
Or were you told that the court is an enforcement agency.

You lots in opposition don't think right

At the point when ADC members stop dragging themselves to court. Once an individual filed a court in court, he must be heard by a judge. It’s a constitutional right.

Yes, I expect that frivolous charges should be turned down and thrown away with penalties.

People just rush to court for issues that' are purely internal party affairs.

There's a reason parties have internal organs to resolve party crisis.
It means there isn't effective leadership in the party,if the head is rotten and unstable ,it will definitely cascade down to the base.......

I like how you all always finally settle at Tinubu having federal resources at his beck and call. NgeneUkwenu even outrightly say he would write results. You have invariably admitted that Tinubu will not be voted by the Nigerian electorates. That's a good first sign. Goodluck with attempting to rig the elections.

This was in Edo state yesterday. Tinubu's South o.

See, Tinubu without federal power couldn't be stopped, now that he has the power, goodluck with your aspirations.

As for the Edo video you posted, the last off season election and the most recent election in Edo, which party carried the day?
Keep posting videos, you hear.

By the way, who is the ADC Chairman? grin

What chances do you have under the military to have a voice, can you even stand in front of an ordinary private and ppit a finger, let alone a general......you still have rights to insult tinubu all you like and still walk free, under the military you dare not have a contrary opinion.

[quote author=AMINDA post=139026630]Tinubu won only 4 Southern states out of 17. Obi handed him his behind on a plate down South, including in Lagos. The North made him President. He has not gotten more popular in the South. The reverse is rather the case. To make matters worse, he has now completely lost the North. Where will he manufacture votes from? In Lagos, or is it in Osun or Oyo under Makinde?

This was Rivers state today.

video you posted, there are even more people on the trailer than those booing.....its allowed in a democracy, we all cant support the same person.

Now to your inference on 23 elections, need you be reminded that the dynamics for 27 are different....there is no currency seizure,no fuel scarcity, no power scarcity, the bulk of votes obi got were protest votes against Buhari’s policies in 23,you also shouldn't forget the role of power in election calculations in Nigeria and tinubu holds all the aces, patronage, coercion, money are all factors and trust me 90% of those making noise against tinubu have a price....

Atiku also beat tinubu in the north but that still wasn't enough to get him through, that should tell you something about election dynamics, tinubu isn't any more unpopular than he was in 23 infact his party did worse to Nigerians than what they are facing today.

If it's high fuel prices you want to use as campaign, what will you do when prices cone down, and it surely will, you cant use rice anymore and insecurity in many of the flash points will also abate.....like it or not there will be rigging and vote buying and we all know who has the financial muscle.....its sad but that's reality.

People did worse in 23 but where are we today,in that same edo and rivers there are also die hard tinubu fans who will tell you not to dare mention any other candidate even in that same north you keep claiming own the votes.... politics is dynamic, the real voters dont make noise and are never heard,23 was a fluke for obi and there can never be a repeat.....timubu is guaranteed 25% in SE 5 states, thats enough, obi can have the rest.

No northern candidate can beat tinubu in the south and no southern candidate can beat tinubu in the north even witha northern candidate tinubu will win states and where he looses will cone close 2nd,thats what matters,go check the 23 results, you will see the pattern.

Naa APC will destroy this democracy las lass
Is it apc that is destroying democracy or a group of disgruntled politicians who jump into a party and throw away all democratic ethos then hijack the party from those they met there.....how more undemocratic can david mark, obi and atiku be,claiming leadership without popular votes.
Re: "Maintain status quo": Court halts all ADC activities in Katsina State by Lithiumite: 9:32am On Apr 08
WorkTheTalk:
Halting ADC activities in Katsina under the guise of ‘maintain status quo’ looks more like a tactic to weaken opposition. APC and Tinubu’s government keep pushing Nigeria toward a one‑party system by using courts and institutions to silence rivals. Democracy cannot survive if legitimate parties are constantly blocked from operating freely.
So tinubu controls katsina court and tinubu told members of adc to keep fighting themselves.....people who cant manage a party want to manage a country of 200m plus.....atiku,mark,tambuwal mismanaged pdp as leaders, obi mismanaged LP as a leader now adc is falling apart under them.
