⚑Both Kuwait and the UAE claim that their air defences have been shooting down Iranian missiles and drones for the last several hours.

Kuwait's Ministry of Defence claims that a total of 28 Iranian drones have been shot down over the last 5 hours.

Don't mind him he thinks killing everyone in an operation makes you a winner lol
and you think a pyrrhic victory is winning for Russia is winning?
You see how far US would for one man, before the US would lose 1/10th of what Russia has lost in the war in Ukraine... Iran would have turn to dust.

I don't think Trump would violate the 2 weeks ceasefire. The ceasefire is an Off-ramp for Trump who is so tired of the war. He never expected this result. His recent tweets shows how frustrated he is about the war. The strait of Hormuz wahala is Trump's nightmare.

Even I don't think Israel would violate it cause Israel won't take on Iran alone without US getting involved.
Just recently the Israelis were having a meltdown, they don't want the ceasefire.

SonOfWords:
China specifically advised Iranian leadership to be "flexible" in their dealings as regards this Pakistan's effort at diplomatic negotiations, hence this current positioning.

China's intervention followed Iran's decision to sever all channels of direct and indirect talks with the western aggressors right after Trump's threat of "ending a civilization".

Even in the heat of a violent encounter, there's always that one person that warring parties give ears to.
Well we will see what will happen over the next few weeks. I don't just trust USA to hold their own end of the deal.

Less than 1 hour.

Israel has started bombing Lebanon again.

I want Iran to keep bombing Israel non stop.

They should copy Russia.
Exactly. This ceasefire seems like a trap, Usreal don't follow ceasefire deals.

Of course you don't. Neither do I.

Now imagine the "bombastic side-eye" Iran will be using to look at the US right now grin grin.

⚑Since the beginning of the ceasefire, Iran has launched missiles at Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Kuwait.

The only Gulf nation that has not reported Iranian missile and drone strikes since the ceasefire went into effect is Saudi Arabia.

⚑Iran says it has "forced" the US to accept its "10-point plan" which includes the following terms:

1. Commitment to non-aggression
2. Iran’s control over the Strait of Hormuz
3. Acceptance of Iran's uranium enrichment
4. Lifting of all primary sanctions
5. Lifting of all secondary sanctions
6. Termination of all UN Security Council resolutions
7. Termination of all Board of Governors resolutions
8. Paying compensation to Iran
9. Withdrawal of US combat forces from the region
10. Cessation of war on all fronts, including in Lebanon

Trump says this plan is "a workable basis."
Lol number 9 is comical

You don’t know what the points are. I know what they are.

They’re very good points β€” and most of them have been fully negotiated.

They’re not the maximalist demands Iran is claiming.

If it isn’t good, we’ll go right back to it very easily.

Iran's siri island also under massive attack, reportedly by the armed forces of the UAE.

Oil infrastructure are mostly the targets.

Major oil plants in Fujairah are reportedly on fire following the IRGC's retaliation with one-way drones, as response to the UAE's attacks on Iran's oil facilities in Siri and Levan islands.

⚑European governments are growing uneasy with Mark Rutte because he has been publicly supportive of Trump’s aggressive moves, including the Iran strikes, even when many European leaders strongly disagreed.

His strategy of flattering Trump and echoing his rhetoric has given him direct access and some influence, but it’s now being seen as too deferential and potentially undermining Europe’s own position.

Meanwhile, the US airbridge that took off from the UK hours before the ceasefire, is still proceeding to the Middle East.

There's fvckery afoot!

You see war... it's easy to begin, but very hard to end... USA can now withdraw and allow the middle East crisis to escalate. Seems like UAE is ready to face Iran.

Did Russia lose 30 aircrafts in 35 days?

Mention one thing the US has gained in its full scale war with Iran? Just one.

Especially in the middle east.

Previous presidents before this current doofus knew why they avoided starting this particular war.

There's absolutely no way a ceasefire on one end is going to extinguish fighting in other fronts. Now the US can just decide to sit back and pump weapons into the Gulf.

No they didn't and that's exactly the point... This war will no longer be a victory for Russia at least the US knows when to pull out... So now I want you to tell me if the lives of the Russia soilders, generals and equipment lost is worth the gains on the field.
In as much I'm a big Putin supporter I call BS on the way he has conducted this war, prigozin was right. Go big or go home

sitrep on the 2-week ceasefire

transforming iran's military victory into concrete positive realities was always going to be tricky and not straightforward

iran's acceptance of the ceasefire is half due to russia and china's veto at the un earlier yesterday
the axis gets to show it is flexible
the second half is because iran is keen to get the us and the rest of the world to accept its de-facto control of the strait of hormuz

control of the strait of hormuz and enrichment are the two biggest concrete positive realities iran wants to obtain from its victory

now that the control is established

it is pertinent to wait to see the full amended 10-point persian plan that will be the basis of negotiations
this will tell us the additional concrete positive realities iran will be able to obtain from its military victory

the americans are claiming the plan in the media is not the real plan
they claim the persians have agreed to a more diluted plan while they push maximalist demands in public
curiously, they have refused to share the real plan that the persians agreed to
only that the agreements align with many of their initial demands

i am calling bs
but we will know for sure after the islamabad meeting on friday

the third thing to go on about
are the genocidal ghouls

they will do their damn best to destroy the prospects of a ceasefire or end to the war
so that is always something to watch
and a factor that makes iran translating its victory to strategic gains infinitely harder

they have gotten to the end of the rope though
only war crimes and ground invasion is left on the escalation menu
and this is where they run into a roadblock in us support

yes, the us support is virtually unlimited
but the keyword is virtually
is the us going to nuke iran for the dot on a map and unleash ww3?
will they institute a draft for the dot on a map, leading to thousands of fatalities?
the answer is no

by negotiating this ceasefire
the us has told the genocidal ghouls
this is as far as we go
there are still steps they can take if the ceasefire fails
like trying to take kharg island and sh*t
but these are excessively costly endeavors that are not worth the payoff

lastly
and this my personal take

i am not pleased with the ceasefire

it would have been optimal to continue any negotiations while the war was ongoing

however, i can understand the practicality of banking wins
establishing control of the strait of hormuz as a pre-condition for serious negotiations and temporarily halting attacks is huge and unreal

i believe the war will resume in some fashion
and iran should prepare accordingly for a ground invasion
