I may be wrong o, but I want to believe perhaps the workers don't get paid well enough; that's why they resort to eating the company's raw material for production to the extent it caught management's attention.

Ideally no disciplined and well paid employees/workforce are expected to behave in such manner. It looks like an institutional problem .

as a former employee - being paid well with good package does not stop people from stealing at all levels from ceo to cleaner.

i am saying i have seen ceos with massive packages, managers with big packages , executives with big packages stealing. sometimes with pen, sometimes with insider knowledge - while blowing company policy in your face during town hall meeting.

You are missing the point here. I'm not saying you haven't seen CEOs stealing pens or moving funds by virtue of the position they occupy .

The question is : what are the odds that a major number of employees in a sugar refinery will be eating their organization's raw materials (sugar cane) to the extent that it caught management's attention and they had to put a memo out on it threatening to prosecute them.

A couple of weeks ago my spouse bought two long sugar cane for N500. That is how cheap it is o. It just looks somehow that the employees will decide to go full unprofessional to steal something as cheap as that if we are to assume they are being well paid.

I said I may be wrong o; I am guessing the employees doing that probably think if they cannot get the full compensation package they deserve, then maybe they can eat as many sugar cane as they can in protest to management.

No, they don't sell panels. You will have to buy yours. I used two 400w panels connected in series(I believe)

You may want to reconsider buying because mine has stopped charging from the solar input due to a failed MPPT.

To be fair, they have asked that I return it so they fix it without cost to me since it's still under warranty but I decided to wait till the rainy season when I won't need it as much.

It still charges from the AC input and works well without issues.

Your nutritionists advice is contrary to most SM fitness influences who preach the gospel of eating copious amounts of eggs daily. Eating plenty eggs is the cornerstone of most workout plans - e no go work

I used to know a man who is late now, Senior man in State civil service, But na those Xmas and ileya rice and chicken meant for public distribution he dey corner. So his family never had to buy rice or meat throughout the year. How much is rice to him as a Perm Sec or higher? But na those ones meant for public he will just direct his people with note to enter the govt storage and bring to his house

For example dont be shocked to see if those Tinubu rice, na half of them dey Senators, governors and extremely rich politicians store and kitchen
