Either the Russian Generals and Soldiers are grossly incompetent OR Russian's are not claiming there dead soldiers corpse to prevent paying compensation to the families.

At this claimed rate, Russia should have checkmated Ukraine two years ago.

In the last two months, Ukraine captured more lands from Russia as Russia has been on a losing streak.
