Pakistan - the thief who became the policeman - and now also the mediator

While Israel continues to operate in Lebanon, talks between the US and Iran are set to begin in Islamabad.
Who is hosting? Pakistan - the country that possesses the first Islamic nuclear bomb.

A brief reminder of Pakistan’s nuclear history:

Pakistan deceived the world about its nuclear program and, in 1998, successfully developed its first nuclear weapon.

The architect of the program, Abdul Qadeer Khan, later established a “black market network” that proliferated nuclear technology and expertise to multiple countries - including Iran.

In the early 2000s, he supplied Iran with hundreds of P-1 and P-2 centrifuges, along with blueprints and critical know-how - precisely what accelerated Iran’s nuclear program during its most formative years.

Iran learned from Pakistan how to “buy time” with the West - how to construct underground facilities - and how to transition from sanctions to deterrence as a threshold nuclear state.

And now?

That same Pakistan - deeply entangled in Iran’s nuclear development - is positioning itself as a “neutral mediator” between Trump and Tehran.

Why? Because it has clear interests - a long border with Iran - a significant Shia population at home (around 15-20%) - a severe economic crisis - and a desire to secure American aid in exchange for “stability,” while avoiding sanctions as a partner of Iran.

This is less mediation and more a smokescreen designed to preserve whatever remains of Iran’s nuclear progress.

Iran seeks breathing room to continue enrichment.
Pakistan seeks legitimacy and economic relief.
The US (under Trump) seeks the appearance of diplomatic progress - rather than direct confrontation.

All parties understand each other - and each knows who is deceiving whom and when. The real question is whether Trump will choose to accept some of these deceptions in order to secure a deal.

For Israel, the implication is clear:
Do not trust “Pakistani guarantees.”
Do not trust a “two-week ceasefire.”

The reality on the ground - enrichment, missiles, proxies - outweighs any declarations made in Islamabad.

Those who enabled Iran’s nuclear capabilities cannot suddenly become their gatekeepers.

This paradox is a reminder: in geopolitics, there are no friends - only interests.

And for Israel, the interest must remain singular: preventing a nuclear Iran at all costs - even if it means friction with Trump, should he be drawn into the Pakistani trap.

Hezbollah terrorists launched rockets from inside a school compound in southern Lebanon at Israel a short time ago.

One of the rockets hit a school in the northern Israel Arab town of Dir al-Asad (video clip on the right).

Four people were wounded in northern Israel.

Remember this when international media later reports that Israel "DESTROYED a SCHOOL" in southern Lebanon. That school was a launch pad for terrorist rocket attacks.

Weapon associated with Iran has been recovered in Nigeria but there has never been any evidence of Iran's sponsored terror group in Nigeria till date.
I seriously need to ask you questions right now. It has gotten to the point where I am beginning to question your sanity - sorry for the usage of that word.

Have you ever heard of the crime of attempt and conspiracy before? I asked this question because in those two crimes, you actually don't do anything. They are designed for the purpose of nipping things in the bud before it happens. For attempt, you only need to start taking steps towards the commission of a crime and mere suspicion is enough to land you a jail sentence. Nigeria is dealing with Boko Haram, weapons landed in Apapa labelled as building materials, Iran condemning every action of the military against Zakzaky. I am asking you, who sits and folds their hands in such a situation.

For conspiracy, you don't even do anything at all. You don't take steps. In as much as there is something to make security agencies believe that you and another person are planning to commit a crime, that is all.

The profile of El Zakzaky is not new in Nigeria. This is a person whose followers blocked a procession of a whole Chief of Army Staff in 2015, throwing stones and attempting to assassinate Tukur Buratai. This is a person with a military background.

You don't receive the kind of support that El Zakzaky receives from Iran without calling the attention of security agencies. Are they going to wait for evidence until they are fully armed? Every single action of Zakzaky as long as IMN is concerned in Nigeria points to either an attempt or a conspiracy to commit a crime.

The country for don turn upside down. The clampdown was too brutal. I am even surprised the Shiites didn't pick up arms against the state after the onslaught. Buhari and Tukur Buratai repeated the same with IPOB then and IPOB promptly took up arms.

Many Shiites actually believe the government clampdown is being influenced by the Saudi government, and lately, Israel. No one knows for sure though.

Nigeria said the artillery rockets and other weapons, found at a Lagos port last month in shipping containers labelled as building supplies, originated in Iran and may have been destined for Nigerian politicians intending violence if they lose in 2011 elections.

During this issue with Iran then a lot of Nigerians were convinced that those weapons were meant to be used in Nigeria. Hence everyone involved were charged and sentenced the Iranian spent more than 3 years in a Nigerian jail.

We didn't buy the Gambia bullshit then.

.
You said after investigations but attached a 2010 link, which was at the genesis of the issue. Of course, at the start, different conspiracy theories will be floating around. You have mentioned three yourself. WA terrorists, Nigerian terrorists, and politicians.

I have attached links of the conclusion of the case after investigation. Everyone, including the Nigerian government agreed it was going to Gambia. That is not in doubt.

Why are you saying lately Israel. I thought things are good now, the massacre was a long time ago.
Israel has largely avoided talking about the group but has been speaking up against them lately, especially with the ongoing war with Iran. Earlier this year, the Israeli ambassador accused the Iranian government of spreading terrorism in Nigeria using IMN. This is likely in response to IMN's repeated protests in support of Iran and Palestine. But the 2015/16 clampdown was largely blamed on the Saudis and not Israel.

Genetic makeup is how ancestral and ethnic origins are traced when people do ethnic DNA test it is through your genetic makeup that ancestry is determined.

Righteousness2:
A POWERFUL message from Makram Rabah- assistant professor of history in the American University in Beirut:

Lebanese people, you need to stop lying to yourselves.
This country isn't "stuck" in a regional war, and it's not a victim of chance or bad luck.
The truth is simpler and harsher: Lebanon is under Iranian occupation, and that's the real reason it's turning into a killing field.
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard and Hezbollah are using the Lebanese—all Lebanese—as human shields.

This isn't a slogan. It's not an exaggeration. This is reality.
More than a hundred Israeli strikes on Lebanon should be a wake-up call. Your home isn't safe, your neighborhood isn't safe, your area isn't safe—not because that's fate, but because there are people who've decided to use these civilian spaces for their projects: hiding their weapons, holding their meetings, running their networks, storing their money among the people, and meeting their mistresses.

You're not protected. You're exposed, and you're dead—don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
Just hours before Beirut's fragile calm was shattered by bombs, Hezbollah wasn't preparing for de-escalation or a solution. It was consolidating its control—political and military—in something like a gradual coup, cloaked under the banner of "divine victory." And that banner effectively gives it the right to silence any opponent, threaten them, and if necessary, kill them.

This isn't resistance. This is madness.
Sure, the bombs that fell on Beirut will leave scars. But Beirut is used to healing its wounds and getting back up.
What won't heal is something else: the persistence of this toxic sectarian logic that's turned Lebanese people—especially the Shiites—into tools in a project bigger than them. A project that doesn't ask them, doesn't represent them, but demands they pay the price.

That's the logic that's turned Lebanon into a country of permanent displacement. People flee, come back, and flee again. And every time, they're told "just hold on."
This isn't resilience. This is slow collapse.
And if it stays like this, the outcome is clear: an explosion from within.
Salvation today doesn't come from slogans. It comes from a simple act: defending your life. Your kids' lives. Your family's lives. And not letting anyone convince you that this reality is normal or something you have to accept.

Hezbollah won't stop. Because its survival is tied to this reality, even if the price is the whole country.
And here's the real question: Are you going to keep living in a system that's turning your homes into targets, or are you going to start reclaiming your country—the state, the streets, and what it means to be a citizen?

And if there are weapons, or elements, or networks operating from between the houses, the responsibility isn't to ignore it or adapt. The responsibility is to reject it, expose it, and demand that this reality be addressed within the law, collectively, and if necessary, even if it scratches your nail against your skin.
Anything less than that is foolishness, and foolishness kills.
Using the mask of hiding under civilian cover to commit genocide is satanic, that’s cartel kind of fight, son commit foul then kill mama papa relatives and anybody you see.

Just imagine you’re expecting an enemy to line up in huge numbers and let you kill them easily because they don’t want innocent people involved, same people you already bookmarked as terrorists wtf,
I can assure you that if sides were switched Israel will do exactly the same thing they’re complaining about, that’s an instinct of survival as long there’s still an option.

If Israel are so passionate about finishing them out, their foot soldiers will learn to work harder and be less fearful, not wanting it the easy way. Of course lot of men/soldiers will fall, so why being inhuman to humanity. A lot of innocent people wasted.

Even the link the stupid fellow shared agreed with your sentiments. The weapons were transiting through Nigeria due to a UN arms embargo on Iran. Countries have been known to do this to bypass sanctions. Even Nigeria did it in South Africa (2014) after the foolish Obama sanctioned us while we were dealing with Boko Haram at its strongest.
