Remember that Nigerian citizens are being killed on daily basis in zamfara, people whose only offence is that they choose to live. The politicians and what this world called government are supervising the killing of those living in rural areas, because they have lands and are mostly farmers, yet they give themselves award and celebrate each other. If you are still supporting any politician or any leader be it political or religious, there is blood in your hand |

Lol! Lol!! Lol!!! Is it the Zamfara that the gold mine along Talata Mafara, Maiyanchi, Maru to Bungudu strip that state of any semblance of progress and the bandits that reign supreme both on the road and in interior village? For the record, some soldiers were killed in less than 20 days ago in that damned state along the way, nothing was heard of them till date. A state that's so dry that one would think this is Sahara Desert.... |

chipet67:KASH MANIFESTO 2027 A Blueprint for a New Ogun ADP Movement | Action Development & Progress Ogun State needs more than politics. Ogun needs a clear, actionable plan. Our state already knows the critical sectors: infrastructure, education, youth empowerment, agriculture and food security, social welfare, and human development. Ogun’s existing medium-term plans emphasize transparency, accountability, urban renewal, skills development, and technical education. The real challenge is no longer identifying the problems — it is delivering practical solutions with speed, discipline, and measurable results. This manifesto is built on that reality. It is called KASH — a new governing culture that stands for: K – Knowledge-Driven Economy and Skills Revolution A – Accountable Governance and Accessible Government S – Sustainable Infrastructure, Security, and Shared Prosperity H – Human Development, Health, Housing, and Hope K – Knowledge-Driven Economy and Skills Revolution A modern Ogun cannot thrive on politics alone. It must be built on knowledge, skills, technology, and enterprise. We will create a state where: * Every child enjoys access to quality foundational education * Public schools are equipped with better teaching support, digital tools, science labs, and practical learning facilities * Technical colleges and vocational centres become powerful engines for job creation, industrial growth, and self-reliance * Youth, women, artisans, and unemployed adults gain market-relevant training in ICT, entrepreneurship, technical trades, and creative industries * Industry and education collaborate so that graduates possess the exact skills employers need Ogun State is already reforming technical colleges and expanding skills programmes. Our K agenda will accelerate and scale these efforts into real opportunities. Our K commitment: Knowledge for learning. Skills for work. Innovation for growth. A – Accountable Governance and Accessible Government Development without accountability is deception. We will build a government that is: * Transparent in budgeting and public procurement * Open in project tracking and execution * Strict on value for money * Close to the people through accessible service delivery * Measured by results, not by propaganda Under this pillar, we will implement: * Constituency-level project dashboards * Regular public accountability briefings * Functional citizen feedback channels * Stronger oversight on public spending * Performance-based governance with clear timelines and measurable deliverables Our A commitment: Accountability in power. Accessibility in service. Action in leadership. S – Sustainable Infrastructure, Security, and Shared Prosperity A serious state must efficiently move people, goods, ideas, and opportunities. We will pursue: * Better roads linking communities, schools, markets, and farms * Stronger rural feeder roads and access routes * Improved transport integration and connectivity * Cleaner, well-planned communities * Local economic corridors that support trade and manufacturing * Practical support for agriculture, agro-processing, and food systems * Climate-smart and future-ready development This pillar also delivers shared prosperity through: * Direct support for farmers and agro-entrepreneurs * Empowerment of small businesses and artisans * Industrial growth that creates genuine local jobs * Community-level enterprise development Our S commitment: Sustainable growth. Stronger communities. Shared prosperity. H – Human Development, Health, Housing, and Hope A government is judged by what ordinary citizens experience in their daily lives. We will focus on: * Functional primary healthcare services * Improved maternal, child, and community health * Cleaner and safer health facilities * Stronger nutrition, sanitation, and preventive care * Affordable and decent housing options * Policies that reduce poverty, hunger, and social exclusion * Targeted empowerment programmes for vulnerable households Poverty remains a pressing challenge. According to Nigeria’s 2022 Multidimensional Poverty Index, 68.1% of people in Ogun State were multidimensionally poor. Ogun’s recent budgets continue to prioritize health, education, agriculture, and social welfare. Our H agenda will ensure these priorities translate into visible improvements in people’s lives. Our H commitment: Health with dignity. Housing with planning. Hope with real opportunity THE KASH GOVERNING PROMISE The KASH Manifesto is not about noise — it is about delivery. KASH means: K – Knowledge-Driven Economy and Skills Revolution A – Accountable Governance and Accessible Government S – Sustainable Infrastructure, Security, and Shared Prosperity H – Human Development, Health, Housing, and Hope What a New Ogun Will Look Like Under this blueprint, a New Ogun will be: * A state where schools truly prepare children and youth for the future * A state where skills translate into jobs and entrepreneurship * A state where roads connect opportunities * A state where government spending is transparent and trackable * A state where farmers, traders, artisans, and young people receive real support * A state where health, housing, and welfare are priorities, not afterthoughts * A state where leadership is proven through visible results KASH 2027: Blueprint for a New Ogun Knowledgeable Leadership • Accountable Governance • Sustainable Development • Hope for the People Beyond the acronym, KASH is defined by action: K – Build skills, schools, technology, and enterprise A – Make government transparent, responsible, and people-centred S – Deliver roads, food security, jobs, and sustainable growth H – Protect and uplift people through health, housing, and social wellbeing Ogun does not need another season of empty promises. Ogun needs a clear blueprint. Ogun does not need leadership by slogans. Ogun needs leadership by structure, service, and results. This is the meaning of Action Development & Progress. This is the spirit of the ADP. This is the promise of KASH 2027.
