Israel is not the one with military bases all over the world. The USA is subsidizing Israel the same way it is paying for global security from its own purse. Israel is not in the picture. The nations that balances out the USA are Russia and China. The USA leads the west while Russia and China balances everything. India too is a very big defense spender but not as partisan as other big spenders. How does Israel come in?.Israel has its own issues which in the main is how-to survive in the middle east
