⚡CENTCOM announces US forces have begun mine clearance operations in the Strait of Hormuz.

Two guided-missile destroyers, USS Frank E. Peterson and USS Michael Murphy, transited the strait today.

Underwater drones will join the clearance effort in coming days. The US is clearing the strait while negotiating, not waiting for a deal.

The clampdown was brutal but the brought it upon themselves unlike IPOB. The blocked COAS convoy, some generals came down to appeal and some of the shiites who felt like demigods were tapping a general chest.

I didn't see IPOB going this far with the army.

The whole negotiation is a ruse for America to freely prepare for a ground assault. Iran clearly prevented them from preparing during the war and the pause provides them the much needed time and freedom to move their forces and equipment into place.

An Israeli air strike has injured a Lebanese couple as they were leaving the border village of Mari, according to Lebanon’s National News Agency (NNA). The NNA reported that Red Cross teams evacuated the pair to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Over the past hour, Israeli air strikes have hit multiple locations across the south and the Bekaa Valley, including At-Tiri, Beit Yahoun, the city of Bint Jbeil, al-Ansar and Sohmori.

Separately, Hezbollah announced that its fighters targeted the Israeli naval base in the Port of Ashdod using “advanced” missiles.
