Here is the earnings of January and February of my brother, though he works 3, 4 to 5 days a week due to car maintenance. He works 12 to 14hrs any day he choose to work. During the 2 months he bought fuel at 730 per litre and he bought 45k fuel each day.
My first question is, as a driver who works 12 to 14 hours how much is he suppose to net after removing fuel money at the end of the day.
For those who didn’t see my first post concerning my brother earning on bolt, he drives 2006 4plug big daddy.

Thanks boss.
That mean I can work without having to get lagos driver license 'lasdri' sir
My intention is to work with the car in lagos.
U asked what u need to register on the app. U dont need Lasdri to register but u need it to operate on Lagos roads. Especially if VIO stops u with a Rider and u tell them u are doing ehailing, U will need Lasdri and Hackey permit.

Normally, using led light is an offence. But Nigeria problem has gone beyond arresting motorists for led lights. Some don't even know how to use full light, you will flash them, they won't burge or they don't even know when to put it off in some instance, in traffic, busy street with street light, everywhere they are on.
The worst are the Keke napep and bikes, some are using colour led light and always flickering it, endangering their life. Very funny guys. Flickering the liight and inconvenienting others is vibes for them. grin.
Those using led light should know how to use and consider other road users.

I have a serious problem with those 'supposed' experienced drivers that use high/full beam lights anywhere, anytime.
I carried one woman yesterday night from island going to mainland, she said my headlights were not bright enough.
I smiled and flashed my high beam lights, make she see how bright they were.
I told her you don't drive with your full lights anyhow, except to flash/signal, or for a quick and short clear view for roads where needed, or lonely road.
Most people are so used to driving with full lights and it's very annoying.
As a driver, don't you know you're affecting other drivers and pedestrians' views with your full lights on huh Heck!!!
Learner drivers everywhere - damn! angry

Much respect, boss.

Thanks for your advice boss

Eazilyfe:
No advice wey dem wan give you wey go pass experience and soon you will master your routes/mode of working.

Me for example i use Indrive, Bolt & Uber. Long trips are good if it leads you to good zone. I no fit carry Long trip from Ikeja to Ikorodu on a afternoon/weekday when i suppose dey city dey chop small trips except its a destination trip cheesy

So most things you will learn are thru driving and experiencing it, Bad trips will teach you not to repeat such mistake again. Na to make money be ur top most concern. So do what favours you, with time you will learn rides not to take and the ones to take.

ehailing is TIMING & POSITIONING
Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by Jesustheking: 7:00am On Apr 13
Meanwhile I will still appreciate more input from experience bosses here 🙏
Jesustheking:
Greetings my senior men

I'm new to this line of work although I have read a lot of info on this platform since last year

I owned big daddy Camry and I started work last weekend although I used indrive only except for yesterday that I used bolt

I used 20k fuel to gross 40k and after deductions for charges and fuel I'm left with just 15k

Pls I need advice on how I can be more efficient

Also should I be looking for long trips instead of all these 3k fare that's every where because from the few days I have worked I noticed that long trips is less stressful than short ones.

You input will be appreciated

Kindly note that I run a personal business which I resumed by 10am and can close by 3pm if I like

Long distance pickup
Bad Naira/km
Poor car fuel line/Fuel trim
Dem say make him introduce this platform to his bother to join.
That's the best thing to do.

we can't tell the issue from this as we don't know how many km he drives.

since bolt price is usually uniform unlike indrive

it's likely he is going too far to pickup per ride(big problem especially when doing many short trips as it adds up)

or his car is consuming too much fuel

he would have to outline how a day goes for anyone to have any specific advice

The problem is u dont believe in the business. This is y u failed. My accounts painted real live scenerios in my life in different monikers but wait....how can one be doing a bizness dey look down on. Iz ridiculous cause ave known u to have this stance that the bizness is worthless cabu cabu etc how do u expect to succeed in it undecided

Then u become bitter and start dividing a house that is meant to support and encourage drivers. How can u belittle a bizness where u spend so much to acquire asset that generates cashflow. But cause u r not exposed to know iz like any other bizness better than alot of jobs in this country. How do u expect to succeed undecided

I'm sure u have no responsibilities bro if not u would be grateful for what u have. I'm just grateful and my gratitude rubs off on losers like urself cause I represent everything you could have been.

Sorry

Hello All,

I have been a silent reader of this Section. I am also a female driver. I saw the below vehicle today. It is on Uber. This is Bajaj Qute. My knowledge of Bajaj Qute is that it doesn't have AC. Has anyone heard any feedback from drivers or riders on their experience with this car.

The actual problem is that you tend to think and process things upside down

I'm not looking down on the hustle, my problem with you people is that you people tend to give a sugar coated look to this hustle instead of telling intending drivers how it actually is.

I've said it before "I no send you for here boy"

Remember, when I read misleading and sugar-coated tales by moonlight about this hustle, I will come out and tell the reality.

Farewell
