Yes. All the speed tests I've done are between 99-100Mbps at every time of the day. Maybe this will change as more people joins. But maybe not, since it's fiber

I don't doubt it.I used SL for more than 2 years at a less congested area also. But I don't think you can get that in Lagos, or other saturated areas. Or are you in one?
