Kagame fought against genocide in Rwanda and has been president since 1996 , he doesn't accept dissent or tolerate opposition before they will scatter the hard work he has put in .

Lagos has had unbroken 20 years of 1 party and is the most stable and biggest economy of all the states, if they took your advice to practice democracy in lagos they would be like rivers state with rival factions and drama every 4 years .
