Nigeria failed her. She might have suffered Cardiac arrest due to shock and trauma of loosing her hard earned money

Last year, A lady d*ied of Cardaic arrest simply because two keke riders was figh*ting beside her shop. She shouted stop fight*ing o and she collapsed immediately.

Livestreaming, especially when excessive, has certain negative consequences!

1. Heavy livestreamers don't get enough sleep, which could negatively impact on their health: high blood pressure, and diabetes!

2. Some of them have to take energy boosters such as energy drinks, which could still lead to the health issues mentioned in number 1 up there.

3. Blood clots: livestreamers usually sit for long hours, which could increase the chances of blood clots (This could be fatal).

What you need is natural food, exercise at the gym or exercise through farming and consumption of herbal or natural herbs in moderation.
