I don't know why people are accusing this guy of being government paid agent. It sounds so foolishhhhhh to me for anyone to say that. Are you people telling me that every government in power from that 90s till date always have a pact with him to protest for money against them? He protest against Abacha and got paid by the same Abacha? He protest against Obasanjo and got paid by him? He protested against Goodluck and got paid by the same Goodluck? He protested against Buhari and got paid by him? And he is currently protesting against Tinubu and you guys still mean he is getting paid by Tinubu? You guys are delusional. For those of you asking where he got millions of naira to pay for his child school fees abroad... you don't know anything about activism of the level he has reached. Even the VDM that is accusing him of protesting for money, where did he also get his money from? Is it not from donations from individuals, organizations, and foreign donors who believe that he is fighting a just course for humanity? If him that just started activism yesterday could worth hundreds of millions now if not billions, then what makes him or any other person think Sowore who started more than 30 years ago should not worth billions without government sponsorship? The thing is that when you reach a celebrity status either as an Activist or Entertainer, people feels that what you are doing is impacting them or the larger society will donate money,or an other materials to you to continue with your "good" work. Or if you have any issue at that stage, people are ever ready to donate money to you. Look at Blessing CEO,just for few days she claimed to have health challenge,do you know how much millions of naira people donated to her? If the situation was real and she is taking treatment in the hospital, the donations would have still continued and maybe reaching billion naira by now. People got evicted from BBN House, people were so emotional about it and started donating millions of naira to the person and he/she becomes a millionaire overnight when some of the donors have never counted 500k in their life. So going by that, people should know that a lot of Nigerians including me and foreign Donors see what Sowore and even VDM that is talking trash now against Sowore are doing as "service to humanity" and will be over willing to donate money to their FOUNDATIONS to continue the good work. That's where Sowore gets his millions of naira from and not by any fuvking government of any era as you people are insinuating. |

nairalanda1:Tinubu is inspired by Abacha to be a life president dictator, having betrayed Abiola and June 12 before rejection made him a NADECO sponsor with his Chicago drug money. Meanwhile, if you don't like Tinubu how are you working with others to get him out of office so we can end this APC extreme poverty shege and return to the better life of widespread prosperity under PDP's deregulation and privatisation policies ![]() https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7DLrnL6rQ6M?si=uMMUVFfetODTr4Fw anonimi:

TossTos:You are probably a gen Z. The police of then were worst than this. No police or army of today has the right to break into your house then flog you with koboko to do sanitation exercise. As for protest, there was no one without fatalities. |

EponObi:Yes you’re right about Sowore I wish he had started from being a local government chairman. Maybe he would have been president by now, or at least a major figure in the presidential race. I believe that if he had been elected, things might not be this bad |

EponObi:What kind of mentality is this. So a man can be right for the job, but because he has not held lower offices, then he cannot be voted for. Which public office did trump occupy before becoming president? Was obasanjo a lg chair or a governor before becoming president? Conversely, those who by your argument have held lower political offices before becoming president, how did they move the country forward? |

dragunov:How you people just jump into conclusion based on assumption can be so funny and annoying sometimes... Well, just to let you know, I witnessed 3 military governments before democracy came in 1999, so shove your nonsense research down the drain because I witnesssed things for myself and was even close to the military governments based on where I lived. |

Bro, all these talks no hold water. Sowore is not who you think he is. Dude supported Buhari to power!!!. NADECO people have been in government since 2015, so please spare us these talks about NADECO. Sowore is a blackmailer in chief and a protest merchant nairalanda1: |

mascot87:. Nigerians are the problem of Nigeria. When we are ready for the real change, we will do the needful. Our suffering never past zero ground state yet until our eyes go clear well we'll. By that time, it will be too late. Let us "mura si". |

Cmanforall:This statement is crap. You're likely to be a tinubu supporter so let me use him as an example. If past political office holding affects performance in presidency, why is tinubu not a popular for outstanding performance after nearly completing on tenure. I hope innocent Nigerians are not gullible enough to take average minds like you seriously. |
| Re: Sowore Challenging Military & Police, Leads Protest For Abiola (Throwback Video) by nairalanda1(m): 12:18pm On Apr 16 |
indigenous234:Well, they are all the same to me, the people you support and the NADECO people, so go somewhere else with your argument. I'm just correcting the false impression that there was freedom of expression and speech under Abacha. |
| Re: Sowore Challenging Military & Police, Leads Protest For Abiola (Throwback Video) by EponObi(f): 12:36pm On Apr 16 |
realG101:You guys are never real. Atiku, Obi, Tinubu, Kwankwaso, Amaechi, Jonathan, Yaradua all held elective positions before becoming viable for the presidency. People like Makinde were extremely successful in the business world before becoming governor. Buhari, OBJ were former military head of states. Sowore has no credentials in the political and business world for people to measure his ability. You can distort reality all you want sha. Your last statement gives more validation to why people like Sowore can't become president in this country. If those who have served before and were business titans failed, what are the chances of someone without CV? When people were clamouring for Akinwumi Adesina to run, it was because of his exploits as an economist, former minister of Agriculture and as president of Africa Development Bank. Same with people like Okonjo Nweala. We've seen her exploits as minister of finance and as director-general of WTO. |

zinaunreal:Or maybe there's something fundamentally wrong with Nigerians that make them unable to appreciate someone like Sowore who has risked his life many times fighting for the good of the nation, instead they would rather worship their oppressors, the very people destroying the country, for peanuts 😢😢😢 |
