Oga o.

So the way to judge whether INEC is independent is whether an APC bus parks anywhere near INEC's Abuja office.

How far must APC buses stay away from INEC's office. 2, 4, or 5 miles.

Is it ok, if an APC bus is parked near INEC's office is Osogbo or Kaduna?

Or, it's only the parking situation at the Abuja office that worries you.

nobody felt anything, politics is all about interest and no emotions.

When yardua died in 2009 and north wanted to deny him presidency, yorubas stood by him and he was given presidency and in 2011 when it was time to contest this same yorubas supported Jonathan and he won in all Yoruba states except osun because Jonathan had issues with aregbesola

I guess yorubas weren't betrayals then right?

Jonathan became president and yorubas were sidelined, Yoruba elders went to meet him and he didn't attend to them.

The thread is here on nairaland that Jonathan snubbed Yoruba leaders when he was in power

Go n check it out, from 1 to 8 no Yoruba was appointed, Jonathan didn't protect Yoruba interest n instead of crying all over the place they went to form another alliance which is very normal.

So u expect yorubas to b with Jonathan when they ain't gaining anything?

They didn't have any number in Jonathan government but buhari gave them number 2 so u expect them to reject it right?

So if your neighbor have food n he doesn't give u, is it betrayal to go look for food elsewhere?

So u will rather stay hungry when your neighbor doesn't give u food than go elsewhere to get it right?

Your reply will determine your understanding of politics
Omo if yorubas ensured what Igbos have endured, that means by now, dis nation for don burn...so u r saying Yorubas were sidelined from becoming cabinet members of d Jonathan administration was d only crime Jonathan committed?...cos i remember vividly, all projects by GEJ were mostly done in d north n the south benefited little but d economy was very much better than dis trash we call Tinubu....i hope u guys wont get angry if another administration do d same thing u peoole r doing now

Well for clarity sake he’s supposed to show the sign post of the INEC in order to drive his points to the minds of people who don’t live in Rivers.

After that, the question of “is INEC still using the building” will come up. But right now, only people who know the place very well can be sure. Any other person who agrees is just a mumu

Is it reasonable that Tinubu or APC campaign vehicles will be parked inside INEc office?

Man Spot Tinubu Renewed Hope Buses And Signpost at Inec Office

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Omv04wTaRKI

Amupitan has already made it clear whose interest he was appointed to serve.First of all , he recognized Wike faction of PDP even before Wike bought judgements to that effect & then de recognized the David Mark - led ADC coalition by interpreting the court judgement to favour his masters in APC. What a shame
Re: Man Spots Tinubu's "Renewed Hope' Bus & Signpost At INEC Office In Rivers by Idaytesj29(m): 10:55am On Apr 17
It is a betrayal when you ride upon the platform of the support of the West to win against norther hegemony who want an Hausa man to replace Yaradua. You still rode in same support to win the election and when it was time to form government, you totally sidelined them.

Favouring only the north and the South East and South South. Edwin Clark became unappointed GEJ spokesperson.

And the West came up with their own plan and supported Buhari to come to power and when he came in, he gave West their fair share of cabinet positions.

As to the economy, it was not Jonathan's making, oil prices were high, Nigeria was raking in millions of dollars in oil sales weekly but what did we invest it in? Did our foreign reserve increase? Did we handle the insecurity even at its premature level that time before it becomes so multifaceted right now?

The point is, Jonathan is not a better leader than any leader we have had. Stop glorifying nonsense and stop trying to say West betrayed GEJ, cos he had removed West from the scheme of things before they decided to find their level.

The problem is that robots are seeing those not supporting Tulumbu as enemies… but how do they think the people felt when Tulumbu and Yorubas stood against Jonathan ?

Anyway na Jonathan mumu sha …. With his presidency, he would’ve dealt with the opposition
These are some of the divisive comments that has polarized the country and as long as people like you turn nigeriain politics to tribal issue, the politicians win.

Jonathan is an Ijaw man, he has moved on, yorubas we're not direct beneficiaries of Jonathan's defeat. If you have true sense of memory. The likes of Atiku and the 5pdp governors like Amaechi and Co teamed up with the north and southwest to defeat Jonathan.

Goodluck gave all the best of his administration to the Igbos. Yorubas were marginalized, even south-south was marginalized during jonathanto the Igbos enjoyed. Yorubas did not complained, they teamed up to defeat him.

While I do not believe in tribal politics, it is an ill wind that blows no one any good.

As much as the igbos love to insult yorubas, we had more prominent yorubas who supported Obi in 2023 and a whole lot of yoruba youths voted for Obi too.

But the obidients believe they are so many, their votes alone can take Obi to Aso Rock and if that does not happen, the election must have been rigged.

Those who insult other tribes for political reasons are all part of the problem. Every nigerian regardless of tribe they come from will face same economic challenges. How many Ijaws have become better since Jonathan?, were the northerners any better when Buhari was in power? Or what percentage of yorubas were appointed by Tinubu apart from his cronies when he was the governor of lagos? And may be a handful supporters and agberos.

I will vote for a genuine, intelligent and committed leader regardless of his tribe.

This tribalism and religious sentiments is denying us credible leadership.

Instead of asking the candidates what can they do differently.

We are all shouting "Emilokan!"

It is south turn, it is south east turn etc.

The young generation needs to move away from this shackles, otherwise nothing will change.

A good leader should serve evwry nigerian

The interesting thing is what goes around comes around...you can continue to defend impunity.

The north will definitely return to power latest 2031 and hopefully, no one will cry foul then.

When the precedence is set and these people are done, they’ll relocate to the UK, Canada and the US with their families as usual leaving y'all to continue defending.

Na jus tine😁

Please you people should stop lieing stupidly. How were Yorubas sidelined by Jonathan? Jonathan fought tooth and nail for a Yoruba person to be the speaker of the house for there to be balance of power, but your demi god Tinubu frustrated that effort and gave it to Tambuwal, a northerner. Please you guys are pathetically irritating with stupid lies.
