I had this same issue last year, the amount is also 100k, I called the person involved but we had language barrier issues. Both the woman and her husband were too good. Because I put a lien on their account, they went to Opay office to clear that the money was sent in error, though Opay and Got started playing games at this point but the Cab was already notified. As long as the money is returned to the same account that sent it to her, she will be able to defend herself anywhere easily.

I mistakenly sent 25k to an Igbo man. I was able to trace him on Facebook because it was first bank, not Opay and Co. He sent the money back to me same day after he initially said he would go to his bank first to make a report. This was a transaction from SW to SE and back

Later she gave the phone to her boyfriend that one was telling me he had used the money because he was expecting money from someone and he thought it was the money I mistakenly sent
Till today she did not refund my money, I contacted Opay they said my bank should aemail them, I went to my Bank FCMB I was told to call the girl

If she really wants to refund the money, the best thing would have been to request the same account details of the person that erroneously sent her the money. An account number bearing the same digits and name.
