President Bola Tinubu has said his administration is a continuation of that of his predecessor, late Muhammadu Buhari.

Describing the late ex-President as a partner, Tinubu he took over from himself.

Tinubu made the remarks while addressing the 36 state coordinators of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors (RHA) during a meeting at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Speaking, Tinubu described Buhari as a partner in leadership, stressing that the transition between both administrations should not be seen as a break but a continuation.

He said, “The truth is I took over from myself. The late Buhari is me; he was a partner. If I took over from him, is that not from myself?”

He acknowledged the challenges facing the country, urging Nigerians and members of the RHA to remain patient and committed to ongoing reforms.

“If something is wrong, fine live with it, correct it, move on. It’s not going to be easy,” Tinubu stated.

The President further assured supporters that the sacrifices being made would yield positive outcomes, expressing confidence in his leadership and vision for the country.

“So many of you that are travelling with me, I can stand before you, you will not regret it,” he added.

The meeting had in attendance top government officials, including Vice President Kashim Shettima, All Progressives Congress, APC, governors, and party leaders.

Tinubu seems to think that Northerners are senseless, based on a stereotype. His cronies have been insulting Buhari for three years, but now that the election is around the corner, he is trying to attach himself to Buhari in order to appeal to Buhari followers, that is if he still have any.

The Buhari that Tinubu is now trying to claim as a partner is no longer popular in the North due to his failed policies. His support base has eroded.

As of today, the person poised to replace Buhari’s past glory is Nasir El-Rufai. Northerners love the man and see him as upright. That is the man Tinubu should have courted, but it’s too late.

When I said the only person who destroyed Nigeria from 2015 was tinubu, a lot of people here, mostly his supporters took a swipe at me. He ordered the ailing buhari to print more notes as part of the moves to basterdise our economy. I still have a copy of the newspaper in my office till tomorrow. He later denied it, maybe he had forgot Nigeria wasn't lagos where he could bury veritable information and intimidate anyone, including the media, who may want to dig his past.

Same tinubu sponsored and staged series of protests nationwide against Jonathan. All the latter's good plans are now being copied but wrongly. I blame Jonathan. I'd have arrested all of them and charged them for treason, put them in an executive jail and released them only after my 2nd rerm, in the best interest of Nigeria and nothing would have happened, the way OBJ did to al mustapha. But he's just damn too weak as a leader.

Same tinubu is one of the so-called cabals in the oil and gas sector,with his Malta blending facility and all.
