Atiku will defeat TINUBU in the SOUTH without rigging. Even with rigging TINUBU can't annex 100% southern votes.

If Atiku has OBI as his running mate, SE is locked down. SS is 89% sure, North Central will be split with Atiku still having the upper hand and the NORTh will be a whitewash.

Even your SW will be split..
