PRESS STATEMENT

APC RELEASES TIMETABLE FOR 2027 GENERAL ELECTIONS

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has released its Timetable and Schedule of Activities for the 2027 General Elections.

This is contained in the Schedule of Activities signed by the Party’s National Organising Secretary, His Excellency Sulaiman Muhammad Argungu, OFR. The timetable outlines, among other activities, timelines for screening, appeals, and primary elections, as well as directives on the sale of nomination and expression of interest forms.

The APC reassures members, stakeholders, and Nigerians of its commitment to conducting a credible and transparent primary election that will further strengthen the Party’s internal democracy and consolidate its progressive ideals.

This reflects nothing more than the usual, deeply irritating sense of entitlement. It is difficult to comprehend the sheer arrogance of expecting a fellow aspirant to abandon a legitimate ambition simply to satisfy your own vanity. Across the world, every serious contender for elective office fights to earn the opportunity. Yet one illiterate appears convinced that he should simply be handed the ticket because he has a pack of paid social media attack dogs barking noisily in his defence.

Timetable don drop early, but na execution go matter pass. Primaries between April–May 2026 go already show who really get structure. 2027 no be beans.

APC will mark the end of Elitism Party Structure in Nigeria.

I don't see PBAT winning the General Elections even if he attempts to influence the Election.

The core North are historical spoilers for southern presidents that take them for granted.
