Correct.
Sometimes bolt will give u an order which will be lekki, after accepting nd starting d trip u will see say na awoyaya after sangotedo... It can be very annoying
Did they say it's a taboo to call and ask Rider where they are going to?
It's like working blind, u must mark where u can and cannot go and make sure u know where each trip is taking u to before u even start ur engine and start driving towards Rider.
How can u be discovering where u are going to after u have started d trip?

Like the old folks, this new set of drivers are also millionaire...Uber drivers are really making it in Nig right now..Nothing dey affect them!
But who are those people dancing skelewu in Alausa? Those drivers rushing to install CNG, maybe they don't need it after all so far you can still net 50k a day!
50k * 30 = 1,500,000
Drivers are earning even more than CFO and CTO of most companies sef.
You made about 100k driving in a day, yet the fuel gauge of ur Camry muscle SLIGHTLY drop from "F".

My problem with some of drivers is their own appearance and looks of their vehicle. They don't care or don't value themselves or aesthetics. My car is well pimped, AC running smoothly, I dress well. This already gives me an edge in areas of getting juicy offline trips, negotiating or even getting tips( I don't demand, I too get steeze to demand). Because of the composure and presentation, I already got a business contract from a rider , surprisingly from a female, a gender that stresses us so much on this job. Indeed who go help you no go stress you, even when I turn on AC without her asking, she still wind down say she need fresh air, na there I suspect say na big lady, we no blow AC till we reach Parkview, Ikoyi. But those who don't have AC at home would nearly fight you if them hear say your AC stopped working or not cooling enough. So back to the matter, this was my dashboard for yesterday alone, worked from 6am till 5pm. I did 72k net on Bolt, 12k tips, 15k offline. Started with a full tank but the arrow never too pass F. On Indrive, I prefer it more on some occasions especially on the mainland like Ago, Yaba, Surulere, Ajao Estate, Ikeja. Just sabi position and you go enjoy them especially when there's surge(yes Indrive dey get their own surge). Both the beauty of Bolt is their surge too, the prices are killing lol, that's why most driver's get their Bolt app activated during ember months, their downsides is that they are cunny especially on the location you're going and the time to pick up. My own advice is do what works for you. On this CNG, I am observing, everyone wants to keep operating costs low, but I am a bit skeptical. I no wan risk my baby(Camry Muscle) but I want to buy a smaller car to test run with it. I mean going by the price of CNG, for guys like me, the least a day is going to be 90k net. So my final advice is for guys to start looking clean, no matter your problems, don't look it. Take care of your cars too. I just tried to talk to some Uber guys one day that I didn't go home and decided to do small night work, at that Enyo side close to the AP filling station that sells overnight, some guys looked like they never chop for 2 days, some were bathing outside by their car (this was my first time seeing this). Pls guys let's take care of ourselves and health. Don't let people look down on you coz you're doing Uber work, present yourself well, if you're serious about this work, your earnings already put you above 80% of Nigerians working, your problem would now be your lifestyle, habits and saving culture. I mandate myself to save 50k a day any day I come out and I have never missed since I started except I no work that day or I go for other runs. So that savings culture is a must, if not the day your car pack up, you go beg tire and people are not obligated to help you or share in your problems. Ire o. Just this morning, I don carry person go Airport from Isheri Osun, he paid 20k. I had to go from Ago to pick him up, driving time of 14mins, and ride time of 26mi s, that's not a bad deal for a start today. May God help us all o. Ire o.
are u sure ur gauge is working?

Guys, people are making REAL LIFE DECISIONS just by reading your experience from this forum. Some will quit their job, relocate their families, sleep under ajah bridge because you have unknowingly sold to them an unsustainable version of the job! Stop adding sweeteners, addictive or ginger to your experience. It is not fair on others. Partners read this stories and they go back to press the neck of their drivers.. Don't be unfortunate!
Pls note that not everyone has the same IQ or street smartness like you, some do not have the ability to think deeper, they just ACT, because you share not ur experience but tales by moonlight.
Again, don't be unfortunate.
Thank you.

My brother my brother... When u open the account for him, u will also drive for him abi.

Well ur brother can register your car under his own account, but u will not have it in ur account again once it is approved. Two drivers can't have the same car.
Just like if u have a car a driver is using and u change drivers, the old driver will no longer have access to the car on his app once the new driver takes it for inspection.

Hello All,

I have been a silent reader of this Section. I am also a female driver. I saw the below vehicle today. It is on Uber. This is Bajaj Qute. My knowledge of Bajaj Qute is that it doesn't have AC. Has anyone heard any feedback from drivers or riders on their experience with this car.
This toy is not supposed to be plying on the express, it is to risky.

Because if half of drivers are making 50k net profit(after fuel and comm), why are we dancing azonto at Alausa again huh

Yes boss, i can say my biggest tippers are women, thats why i can never leave BOLT & UBER. Upon say one of my female riders send like 50K to wrong account number yesterday while asking for payment details. She still send me additional 35K said she will sort the wrong transfer out. In this work i wear my best attitude some times and some times i dey change am for those ladies especially if i don read your first approach. 80% of our riders are women so learning to deal with them is important.
Find one of the rich riders and date naaw 😂

See the reasons I always say

FACTS AND FIGURES only?

It helps erases doubts from propaganda.

Its either you dance Azonto at Alausa grin

You use EV lipsrsealed

Collect tips of 12k for dressing good kiss

Or save 50k daily cool

In all of these... Propaganda don't power businesses!

Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by dav1002(m): 1:19pm On Apr 23
My issue is that these people are presenting partial truths, selective framing or over generalization

If fares stayed around ₦5,000 from vi to Surulere while fuel jumped from ~₦800 to ~₦1,200 per litre, then margins should logically shrink.

If someone claims their take-home increased, something else must be compensating—usually:
working longer hours that’s not earning more efficiently, it’s working more intensively.

U. CAnt change bro. U have been complaining even wen dollar was 400 naira grin. If u read my comments u would see I have been dishing out realities on ground.

I spoke about me not using AC to maximize profit and other strategies. Iz cause of the reduction in profitability I spoke of cng as an edge. Isn't that reality enough undecided.

If look at my previous post I broke down profitability with and without ac and how it affects drivers. Did that post skip ur head undecided. I only dish out facts here boy

But u r just a very sad human that doesn't understand that people can succeed in what u r constantly failing in and yes with CNG I will save 1mil monthly grin. Hug transformer I know my ability and many people here will do it infact someone like pearl tho we never agree will do it in less
