This DSS and Elrufai case seems like personal vendetta to me than all that is been displayed by them.
Even though there are live media of him saying he hacked,trust me it's never enough to jail him due to his political personality. Cases of denial in our court by powerful men is never new and most of them if not all tends to work away freely if there are no other evidence than just words of the mouth.

If I am the one in charge, El rufai must take credit for all the sabotage that goes on in the military.
How people like Lt col Mohamed Abu Ali died due to information leakage.
