International Women's Day 2019 - Women In The Buhari Administration by rodeo0070(m): 2:17pm On Mar 08, 2019 |
Today, Friday, March 8, 2019, is International Women’s Day. International Women’s Day is commemorated around the world annually, as a day to celebrate the potential, the accomplishments and the progress of women, and to highlight the utmost importance of creating a world that presents EQUAL OPPORTUNITY for women and men. The theme for the 2019 Edition is BALANCE FOR BETTER, highlighting the all-important quest for a gender-balanced world. Here is the spotlight on 31 female appointees spearheading and implementing some of the Buhari Administration’s most important programme and policy efforts. Everything from cleaning up dysfunctional pensions systems, to upgrading Nigeria’s seaports, to the Social Investment Programme (the largest in Africa and one of the fastest growing in the world), to the pioneering advances in diaspora engagement, to game-changing off-grid energy solutions, and many more – are being initiated and implemented in this Administration by women appointed to public office by President Buhari. These phenomenal women have contributed immensely to the successes of the administration; without their vision and drive and hard work the, story would be a very different one; a much less successful and inspiring narrative. A number of things jumped out at me from the 2018 WAEC rankings. 1. All 5 South East states are in the top 10. 2. The South West has only 1 state in the top 10. 3. No northern state made it to the top 10. 4. 6 of the 10 states are PDP governed states. 11 Likes 3 Shares |

Olamsoh: You're really dumb... Do you think waec is credible now... Beside my house is a computer shop owner, he registers for weac, neco, jamb and NABTEB, I help him do most registrations.. all are Miracle centre except UTME... stop saying nonsense....! 90% of Waec /Neco results ain't clean... only few schools, don't do miracle centre. I won't believe any waec ranking until they introduce CBT or E -Marking(Not credible either)... Take a look at UTME, its really hard you see the answers b4 exam. 16 Likes |

Sammy07: So waec is no longer credible because you cannot compete with kids in the SE intellectually. Go and sleep pls this is not APC appointments that you scramble for, this is waec exam, it knows no tribe nor religion, what you deserve is what you get, no time. 4 Likes 1 Share |

YorubaMyKids: Utme is more credible than waec/neco/NABTEB... when was the last time you see utme answers online?? where did you see private centres for utme candidates unlike waec/neco/NABTEB... I'm not disputing the fact that SE kids are intelligent. but don't always put everything as tribal, 1 Like |
