Tinubu has no sense of diplomacy, tact or international relations. This is why he ran Nigeria for over 3 years without a single ambassador. His careless and unprovoked mention of Donald Trump was what made Trump become interested in Nigeria. Now, he has done the same with Kenya. Throwing a fellow country under the bus and potentially laying the groundwork for an uprising or dissent from their citizens at a time of global economic pressure.

His deficiency in diplomacy clearly makes his lack of education very apparent. His command of the English language is equally very pedestrian and uninspiring for someone who claimed to have seen it all in the international corporate world. I wonder if he was conversing in Yoruba when he was working for Deloitte, as they always claim.

Very unfortunate that a 21st century President of an African nations assume speaking the queens English is a parameter for a better living standard of it's citizens,

It's equally very sad that our President will reference Kenya as the most hit by economic shortfalls amongst the African countries when you have Somalia, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia etcetera to reference.

To an extent, Kenyans are aware that people belong to the people but you see Nigerians, it's a lost cause, most of them will end up defending the same set of leaders that have contribute nothing but rotteness to their lives.

P.S: Ruto and Tinubu are not far apart, in fact, everything about them is nothing to write home about. It's just unfortunate that the people that they are leading don't deserve both human disasters.

President Ruto made little sense with his defence but faltered when he brought the English profiency comparison, which was not necessary. He should have stucked with economic indicators in comparing the two countries. I am sure Tinubu himself didn't know when he mentioned Kenya in his speech in Bayelsa.

If you cant speak the most common language how can you handle transactions easily? Yes, knowing how to speak English perfectly is an achievement. It has opened doors for many. That's why a lot of you are told to write TOEFL.
