I honestly do not think Obi is a nationalist. When he became governor of Anambra state, he retrenched all non indigenes in the state public service. Meanwhile, all other governors before him employed and tolerated this people. Meanwhile, Anambra state indigenes are working in other states. At least I know a few ibos working in my office in the south. The NYSC scheme encourages agencies to employ corpers serving with them from time to time. Obi become governor, he pursue them.

I happened to work in Anambra state in the Uba, Obi, Ngige (Etiaba) administrations.

The Hausa community stated having a voice during in particular Obi's administration. Mosques started springing up literally per 2 kilometers - which was before then, not so common with Igbo culture. One of our attache officers actually became an Imam (first Imam) of central mosque in Okija 2007 before deployment in 2009.

So leave politics aside sir and stop all this bashing politics and focus on provable facts.

According to the recent indices, Lagos now have one of the highest cases of homeless people right now in Nigeria.
The numbers of homeless people in Lagos have outnumbered the number of homeless people in Kaduna and Kano.
In Obalende under bridge, there are right now over 1500 people living under the Obalende under bridge, some are with families.
In Oshodin pedestrian bridge, the number of homeless people there are now running into hundreds.
So who is wailing?
We don't have such numbers of homeless people in my state.
