In most countries around the world, you don't get charged these exorbitant fees. These fees are the only reason these banks declares profit because the economy is so bad they can't offer credit facilities to eligible customers for sustainable profit. |

They will still charge you the same cost for SMS N12 per transaction, even if you like transfer below 5k. ATM card now up to 1,500 from 1000. ATM Withdrawal from other banks' ATM above 20,000 = N500, POS will still charge you N200 for 5k withdrawal. No charges but indirect increase in taxation if you can't see that. |
