nairalanda1:Unlike Nigeria, just the way the civil rule brought insurgency to Nigeria, that's how they brought it to Mali and other African countries suffering from insurgency today. The insurgency in Africa today has gone beyond being a military government or a civilian government and we all know it's the politicians that are causing it, why the civilian government enabled them because most of the government officials are also part of them. If the military guys of those days like one of Sani Abacha were still in power, there wouldn't have be any room for insurgency in the first place talk less of fighting against it. |
