US and west prefer a peaceful and productive Africa to a violent one

Dead people can't buy imported goods and dead people cannot mine raw materials.cheaply and dead people cannot provide cheaper labour for finished goods for export

US and Europe are not fond of Asians either, yet China, Korea and Japan and peaceful. Because it benefits the world and the USA in particular

As an example., if peace reigns in the dr Congo and stability and good governance reigns there , the price of phones and many electronics would be cheaper by far. Because a lot of the raw materials for your phone and computer electronics are mined in the Congo and the instability in the area makes the price of the raw materials produced there rise and rise.

Same issue in places like Sudan and South Sudan. Peace there is vital to oil prices staying low. Apart from the strait of Hormuz.

The West prefers peaceful stable countries. Again. dead people don't trade or buy things. Refugees can't earn money to buy stuff or organise lines of supply or even mine for stuff effectively
You better stop blaming the whites for your problems caused by leaders who prefer sharing money to actual development
Always yarning dust.

Who is responsible for the wars in Congo and the likes? You Dey think before you write?

Very good Niger and Burkina Faso next, anything to overthrow this useless military juntas is ok with me
You are so shortsighted that you can’t see the bigger picture

If those three countries fall to Jihadists, which country do you think will be next huh

Those bloodsucking demons are never satisfied and they will surely advance towards Nigeria after this conquest

The Nigerian cyberspace has been captured by the West. Many monickers on Nairaland are paid by foreign forces to propagandize their world view. These attacks on Mali happened overnight but over a hundred insurgents were unalived and the rest scattered into the desert like roaches when one switches on the light
Exactly my thoughts..
The west has infiltrated the African cyber space.
You read certain posts here and you start to wonder how Africans can take so delf defeatist positions on issues that directly effects them.
It's very disheartening

The US was able to shoot down/intercept 95% of the rockets that came in from Iram towards those countries you mentioned. If thats not protection then i wonder what it is.

Stop looking for Excuses and Blame the President alone as he blamed Goodluck when Goodluck Jonathan was President

No surprise nobody here is talking about this. If it were negative news about the US, you’d already see Writterng and God1000 flooding the place with propaganda.

A group of confused juntas staged a coup, grabbed power, and now the country is falling apart. Attackers are closing in, and there’s no real plan in sight. That’s what happens when you seize control without knowing what you’re doing, then lean on Russia, a country that’s struggled for years to even handle its own backyard.

Now Russia will likely pull back, leaving Mali to deal with the mess alone, like Syria, Venezuela, etc. And watch the same fake pan-Africanists will somehow twist this to blame the US.

Coups just breed more chaos, more violence, and more failure. Welcome to the reality of Mali under military rule. Let’s see how it plays out.

WritterNg and God1000 should tell us why Russia is always too weak to protect it's allies during an attack. 😂
Have they been able to safe guard their infrastructures against attack from Ukraine any country that rely on Russia militarily will be highly disappointed when they needed them most.

Pls Mali and Burkina faso and Niger should fight the battle head on... Its the west trying to cause chaos in the natural resource rich African countries so once the African countries are overwhelmed with this terrorism they come in as a saviour and thus, start exploiting the land.

Pls Mali, Burkina faso and Niger, should join forces to fight these terrorist. Nigeria might not help because we've been infiltrated already.

So the West is responsible for the crisis in the dr Congo, Sudan and car where there are zero Fulanis. Or the crisis in Angola and even the issues in Zimbabwe

Your problems are caused by leaders choosing sharing money economy instead of the hard road of industrialisation and productivity.

Yes , I can see the army rule is working very well.

Very very well
Unlike Nigeria, just the way the civil rule brought insurgency to Nigeria, that's how they brought it to Mali and other African countries suffering from insurgency today.

The insurgency in Africa today has gone beyond being a military government or a civilian government and we all know it's the politicians that are causing it, why the civilian government enabled them because most of the government officials are also part of them.

If the military guys of those days like one of Sani Abacha were still in power, there wouldn't have be any room for insurgency in the first place talk less of fighting against it.
