Hi I wrote the test since 22nd and I’ve still haven’t received any mail. Although I applied for commercial (HR) to be exact. I haven’t revived any bad mail but I have done the Odvi and all. Although this is what I got from them.

After completing the Shell Nigeria Graduate Programme's Virtual Job Tryout + On-Demand Video Interview, you'll typically get an immediate automated email confirming submission.

It usually says: "Thank you for completing the assessment. We will review your responses and contact you if we proceed to the next steps." (Status on the portal often shows "Under Review" or "Review in Progress".)

If you advance: A follow-up email like "Congratulations! You've passed the initial screening. You're invited to the final assessment (case study + interview). Please schedule via the link."

If not: A regret email thanking you for applying but saying you won't proceed.

Check your email (including spam) and portal daily. No fixed timeline. Good luck!

For those that got success mail, can you remember how many days interval.

I noticed rejection mails were sent exactly in 3 days.

For success mails, I don't personally know anyone that has received it to enquire the time it took. But it seems success mails take almost 2 weeks or more than 10days.


For me it's 12 days now no feedback
