You better grow up.

They're professionally trained athletes and everything they do in the ring is scripted.

When I want to watch real combat sport I know the one to watch, not WWE.
They are not athletes, they are actors.

Na children full this thread aswear. Even a ten years old know that the WWE is scripted. Why do y'all think they don't participate in the Olympics?

It's a blend of both.

I described them as athletes because they train intensely, perform physically demanding moves and need strength, stamina and coordination ---similar to other combat sports.

So they're ATHLETIC ACTORS. 😃

Wrestling is not a sport. It’s a scripted entertainment show. I don’t understand the noise.

Jealous of a scripted show? Even a 10 year old child cannot take WWE seriously but a grown ass man like you is drolling all over.

If you read my post well, you must have seen my submission that wrestling is less scripted now than it ever was. Whether you accept my submission is up to you. Bear in mind that when management changes, company policies change 😎
I disagree, in this day and age of collating metrics, there is a lot more scripting going on and less scope for going off track especially in the ring. This is to avoid injury etc

You are wrong.
WWE ,as at today, is less scripted as compared to what was obtainable many years ago. Example: During Brock Lesnar's fight with Obafemi, Brock pull off his shoes and gloves after his loss to OBA. What he did was not part of the plan.

I am not saying that scripting has been done away with completely in WWE (It's not MMA), but Triple H has done well to keep the wrestling matches out of it, except for matches which are pure commedy like matches between The Miz and this other guy who likes screaming "you are cursed"

We will agree to disagree, nowadays that they know where every talent is or should be nearest to every minute when they are doing their shows away from home.

Even that walk that Obafemi does for example in his ring entry, he knows how many of those arm movements he has to do.
