When did Iran launch any attack the first 3 countries or are you talking about Israel? As for Israel they attacked Iran TWICE! Were you expecting them not to defend themselves? UAE and other gulf countries were hosting military bases where USA was launching all sorts missiles. The only way to curb their attack is by launching attacks at those military bases. He understands nuclear weapons and would never try to use it unless there is a DIRECT nuclear threat against USA and BY LAW HE IS MANDATED TO USE IT. BESIDES THERE IS AN ESTABLISHED NUCLEAR FIRST STRIKE DOCTRINE AS WELL AS NUCLEAR RESPONSE PROCEDURE IN PLACE.
