So it's from who then? The opaque nature of NNPCL is one of the major reason we aren't doing well in the oil sector as a nation. Dangote built a refinery but the government can't. Which makes me ask "Is Dangote more powerful than the Government?"

A lot of misinformation and falsehood is becoming worrisome these days all in an effort to paint the government as being corrupt.
I pray calamities that they won't survived will envelope and consume their entire lineage!

Northern military dictators with CONQUISTADOR MENTALITY dug holes and placed pipes all the way from the Niger delta region to Kaduna to build a Refinery. Chiyoda of Japan was paid a fortune from oil revenues to build Kaduna Refinery.

But eventually, the NNPC refineries shall be sold as scraps.

The sharper employees have already started illegal sales of the refineries as scrap.

So, what happens to the billions of dollars spent to keep the refineries running in form of turn-around maintainance?

Nobody is held responsible for embezzling or wasting our scarce resources on non functioning refineries?

Nigeria is the only place where you can eat your cake and still have it.

There is no smoke without fire. NNPC already knows federal govt will sell of those refinery. The staffs are now selling off the refinery equipments. allegedly. those are not scraps. those equipments are expensive
