• CNN’s Wolf Blitzer was outside the ballroom at the Washington Hilton when he saw a gunman opening fire just a few feet away. He was among the dozens of attendees who took cover as law enforcement swarmed. A US Secret Service agent was shot in their protective gear and has been hospitalized, sources said.

I am not at all surprised though. Some of the extreme left in US and those who back them celebrates people being killed for having a different idea or politics from them.

If the person gets killed, they put the blame the victim for causing it and justify the killer. If the person escapes being killed, they senselessly claim they staged it. You can't win with these people, their minds and reasoning are clogged with hatred.
