You are correct.
A player of Tosin calibre cannot even be sent on loan to any small team by Chelsea bcuz they wouldn't have even scout him in the first place let alone buying him.
But now, Chelsea is in the hands of American basketball man and not a football man and so we manage any below average player we see.

It wasn't FA cup final that they played last season.
It was Crystal Palace that defeated Manchester City 1:0 to lift the FA Cup trophy and not Spurs against Man U.
I will not tell you the competition that Man U and Spurs played in the finals that last season bcuz you insulted all the fans of the mighty Chelsea.

The problem with Tosin is that he's very sluggish. Whenever the ball is played behind him most times Chelsea concede because opposing attackers always out run him.

Defenders like Terry and Silva ain't the fastest of defenders but they're very calculative unlike Tosin.
