Access to wealth is a gradual process; it takes time. You cannot force them out of their wealth and take over. If you do that, you will squander it - believe me. Making money and sustaining it is more of a mindset thing than physical things we see. They are controlling the policies now - they'll get there with time.

That being said, many blacks complain that undocumented Africans are committing crimes, while others provide cheap labour to their companies, thereby compelling others to pay their people miserable wages.

It's not about the drug dealers even though they are part of the problem. What about other Africans they are attacking and killing? Do they carry drugs too?
The thing is these guys have been severely pampered by their governments stipends. They are used to collecting those stipends and do not want to work or make anything out of their miserable lives. They prefer sleeping around spreading HIV and drinking from morning till night.
When they see foreigners making it in their country within a short while they get jealous and claim they are taking their jobs. The situation is made worse by the fact that their women now prefer foreigners to their lazy men.
The South African government enables it because by doing so their citizens can not see their own governments failures. It's obvious the ANC has failed black south Africans after decades of being in power. These savages are too blind to see the game their government is playing.

If they control the policies why can't they just pass policies that ban or fine companies that employ illegal migrants?
