I'm afraid my opinion might appear factually ambivalent, I don't think people here understand what the Iranians have lost and how many decades it'll take to recover, civilian casualties and economically.
You can say the US-ISREAL suffered losses too but it's mostly combatants and armaments, that can be easily replaced.
On the first day of the conflicts, a school was attacked and over 160 school girls died, at least that's what the news said.

Who's going to pay to rebuild all the damaged infrastructures ? I don't see a marshal plan-like scenario here. They might release some seized funds but is that truly worth losing these much for.
They might as well surrender now if they can't take initiative after these much loss.

If the negotiations fall through, the US won't inform Iran before it strikes, from the build up we can tell the US is banking on it to fall through.

Why delay the inevitable !!!!
