Re: Last Words Of Police Brutality Victims by helinues: 10:09am On Apr 30
The shooting was personal. The police officer know the victim personally

It might be deliberately silencing as the guy was caught with no where to run

Majority of the criminals have one or two police officers that are working for them

When will this brutality of 🇳🇬 police come to an end. When you enter their barrack and see where most of the so called police officer living is unthinkable. Most of them living like animal, no proper monitoring and care.

This is why you need to pray harder living in Nigeria, Police can just pick you for no reason and start accusing you for something you know nothing about, you will be convicted without being guilty.

What a painful video cry

What if the shooting wasn't on camera? That's how many die at the hands of trigger happy police maniacs!

I'm sure that this man didn't pray right? For all we know he could have prayed 5 times a day but somehow you're telling us to pray harder?

This problem we have in this country. Instead of actually trying to fix things you just pray and hope it doesn't happen to you. If it happens, then you just didn't pray enough.

Keep praying until the day you can pray no longer. Just "pray" that it isn't soon.

Most of the uniform men are on hard drugs

Re: Last Words Of Police Brutality Victims by GanagiBitrus:
There has always been extra-judicial killings by Nigeria police. They'll just fabricate one incriminating story on the victim.
It's only when captured on camera that it becomes a major issue.

Most times police lack the resources, or are unwilling to carry out thorough investigations for such case, so extra-judiciary killing becomes a convenient option for them.

Lack of trust in the judicial system is also another reason.
Same reason for mob actions killing a suspected criminal.

Infinite23:

That wasn't hard drugs.

You see, if the police officer and the criminal are working together, the best option for the officer is to silence the criminal, that's better than being exposed. ( His logic though)
Re: Last Words Of Police Brutality Victims by Kog45(m): 10:40am On Apr 30
Oh the last words are too emotional like "I don't want to die young"..... "don't shoot me"..."pls don't let me die" and our own "I don't know"meaning the boy knew nothing about the parcel but sent to pick it,what a sad world for the boy...the police officer is a saddened criminal in police uniform,he had killed many innocent souls.

I'm beginning to think that religion is the major reason this country is like this.

In Islam you're told that it's prohibited to talk against ur Muslim brother even when they're on the wrong, you rather pray for them.

In Christianity, you're told to pray for those in leadership positions, that when they're in the wrong, god should change their mind.

There is no point of accountability. That's y u see pastors committing all sorts of atrocities, yet people still flock to the church.

They even tell u to pray that god would change the heart of leaders in Nigeria. Pray that god would arrest Boko Haram and insurgency. These are regular prayers in an average Nigerian church.

It's worrisome that religion has taken the place of our ability to think rationally.

Really worrisome.
