We are seeking a results-oriented **Meta Ads Expert** responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).

Key Responsibilities

### 🎯 Campaign Strategy & Execution

* Plan and execute paid ad campaigns across Facebook & Instagram
* Build funnels for:

* Agent acquisition
* Landlord onboarding
* Property leads
* Webinar/training signups
* Conduct audience research and targeting

📊 Optimization & Scaling

* Monitor campaign performance daily
* Optimize creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies
* Reduce cost per lead (CPL) and improve ROI
* Scale profitable campaigns responsibly

🧠 Testing & Experimentation

* A/B test:

* Creatives
* Headlines
* Landing pages
* Audiences
* Develop structured testing frameworks
* Analyze performance data and present insights

### 📈 Reporting & Analytics

* Provide weekly performance reports
* Track:

* CTR
* CPC
* CPL
* Conversion rates
* ROAS
* Recommend improvements based on data

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

Requirements

* Proven experience running Meta Ads (portfolio required)
* Strong understanding of ad funnels & customer journey
