SmartPolician:Exactly. You'd notice that Jagaban surrounds himself and has a very soft spot for people that study law. He'd back a person with law background by default. |

That Raphael Nnanna Igbokwe the co petitioner, used to be in the PDP until he was voted out of the House of Representatives in 2015 and has since joined the APC and he's also from Imo state. They have been recruited to do the dirty job of making sure that Adeleke does breathe in Osun State. |

seunmsg:with the atmosphere of Tinubu govt wants an oppose election .. an appointee of Tinubu AGF wakes up nd call for deregister All formidable opposition under the guise of the law Lets me ask, In the 2023 how many of the parties that appeared on the ballot paper met the requirement AGF is talking Constitution with opposition is like a novel .. Where opposition are completely alienated the ruling party is Supreme Have you seen, dictators, supreme leader below the law .. Seyi makinde is Rite about history there is a deliberate attempt to use the judiciary to alienate opposition, what we will be left with is Wike pdp n endorsement party that sing Bola on your mandate Any sane Nigerian wont support One party rule under any guise they might present .... civilian dictators start off as " activist and when they get into power they use the laws to alienate threats .. Check cameroun president is best accomplice is the constitution |

reddingtonblack:After the 2019 general election, INEC deregistered 74 political parties. Same should have been done after 2023 general election but INEC has not been up and doing in their responsibilities. Now, AGF as the Chief Law Officer of the Federation has taken it upon himself to ensure the provision of the Constitution is adhered to. We should be commending the AGF and not standing logic on its head. |
