Dangote Graduate Trainee Program for HEMM Operators is designed to build safe, skilled, and competent operators for mining operations with a target of offering a ready pool of well-trained candidates to take up roles as Dangote Cement certified mines HEMM Operators.

Dangote Graduate Trainee Program for HEMM Operators will combine behavioural screening, safety training, classroom instruction, simulations, workshops, and intensive field practice to prepare trainees for efficient, effective and safe operation of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM). Dangote Graduate Trainee Program for HEMM Operators has a duration of six months.

Requirements for Dangote Graduate Trainee Program for HEMM Operators

To be eligible for Dangote Graduate Trainee Program for HEMM Operators applicants must have the following:

A. Secondary School Leavers should have a minimum of Five Credit pass including English and Mathematics (WAEC/NECO)

B. Technical College graduates should have National Technical Certificate (NTC) and NABTEB or Trade Test I, II, III.

C. Age limit must be between 22 years to 35 years old.

D. Valid means of identification

E. Good physical and mental fitness

F. Strong safety awareness and discipline

G. Willingness to undergo intensive training evaluations or assessments

H. Past mining or equipment operation experience is an added advantage but not compulsory

Dangote is really trying.. creating a lot of jobs.. . that is why government should provide a conducive environment for businesses companies industries to thrive and excel and expand in which this will create more jobs for the youths and Nigerians and reduce unemployment and also boost the economy
