All I see is fear disguised as confidence. This ticket will effectively kill the "turn of the South" campaign mantra. If this materialises, the probability of Tinubu emerging third as predicted by Elrufai may be a reality. Obi/Kwankwaso will be a solid ticket and with the right momentum, will sweep Tinubu away in the South. Unlike in 2023 when the North provided him with 5.6m votes as buffer after being defeated by Obi in Lagos, Tinubu will see a greater chunk of his 2023 Northern votes going to Atiku with the rest mopped up by OK. Lol... The good thing about PBAT is he's usually underrated by his opponents and maybe rightly so but this move to NDC only serves two agendas:
1. A PBAT return or
2. An Atiku victory.

Either ways, it won't be OK! Elections in our recent political history have proven that you don't really need to win or do well in any state in the East (one late President famously compared the strength of votes there in the overall scheme of things as a "dot" to become President and currently, only two men have the capacity to pull numbers in the Southwest, Southsouth, Northeast, Northwest and North-central and those two are Tinubu and Atiku.
