The Bus have to Retire too after years of service but unfortunately died in service . Air Force can Afford something tangible for their transportation after series of Year Budget still dragging such Bus...

The speaker in that video is a fool and very ignorant.

What does electrical fault in a bus leasing to fire has to do with national security?

I expected him to talk about emergency response and fire contingency plan. An electric fault in a vehicle can happen to any car even inside the Aso villa. How it is responded to will determine how severe the damage will be. The pertinent question is why are there no fire trucks within the Air Force base or complex?
