Hi guys. Is it possible to refer someone who bought their kit via Jumia or Konga? If yes, how is it done?

better refer directly to starlink o, using jumia/konga means you will register for affiliate, wait for approval, get link, then you have to refer more buyers to qualify for pay.

Well, they don't cut off my access at the end of each month if I don't pay. They just keep sending me notifications everyday till balance due is cleared.

They will cut it, you have like 15 days or there about for your due date... like my due date is 12th, and i can keep using until within the last few days it gets cutoff.

See try this ,you see that place starlink wrote on your invoice "If payment is not received on so so date your subscription will be suspended” ,don't pay until that date is passed and see if you won't be disconnected,try it. Make sure you don't pay before the suspension date ,pay after and see if you won't be disconnected. I know what I am saying.

My subscription is due 12th, i will keep using until end of the month.

It's Lagos congestion issue

I complained and opened a ticket for it. They gave me N14,250 for the inconvenience saying they are deploying more satellites to the congested areas like Lagos

They need to hurry up

Abscond. Leave their thing for them and subscribe to MTN if it is good in your area. You will still get 60mbps there.

At least starlink was upfront with you about their availability. If you can't wait for slots to open, you can try alternatives like MTN fibre. Just make sure their service is usable in your location.

Starlink is somehow like a last resort to me, MTN was very stable in my area prior to March last year. I don't know what happened their Internet connection disappeared, till date they are unable to rectify it. Glo Na I better pass my neighbour. Guess I will have to manage my push and start Airtel ODU.

Weytin I wan even do with 60mbps? I just need a no push and start, no break and quench 15mbps, unfortunately my village people don add MTN, Glo, Airtel to their target list.
