I have discovered quite hilariously that most of the people on this space hardly read a content before replying!

Ardo is complaining about how INEC handled the case of NDC compared to his own party ADA in terms of party registration.

Ardo is taking INEC to court for not registering their party ADA....they are not taking NDC to court.

So soon? Why are they scared of Obi+Kwankwaso?

NDC applied for registration in 2017 and was denied after complying with all requirements. The reason INEC gave for not registering the party was that it had similar logos with APC ..as at then , there was no party registered with INEC called APC....there was CPC, and ACN and the likes





this was what the court told INEC...how can you deny somebody who is qualified and applied for somebody who is yet to become a party .



That is the court order that got NDC registered last February when the case was finally dispensed with

They haven’t complained since NDC started existing but immediately Peter Obi joins NDC.. APC are not comfortable anymore.

Before you comment do your little research not everything is Obi. The case has been on before Obi got into the party. Even before Ardo after NDC was registered another political party has asked INEC to deregistered them.

It is Atiku's group fighting back. This has absolutely nothing to do with Tinubu or ADC.

First, Ardo is a long time associate of Atiku from Adamawa and they are still very close. He is an ADC member too.

Second, before Atiku joined ADC, he and his associates attempted to register ADA, which was rejected by INEC. It was this Ardo that was leading the charge to register ADA. They are disappointed that INEC approved NDC but not ADA.

Now Atiku's group wants to use the INEC's lack of consistency against NDC. I also think Atiku's group want to use this to get back at Obi and Kwankwaso.


Try to get your facts right next time. This has nothing to do with Tinubu.

This is misleading because before Obi came to that party Ardo has asked INEC to deregistered them and before Ardo another political party that INEC failed to register has asked INEC to do same.
So the matter was on before now so because of the party is gaining followers you can now expect Ardo and the first party that sued them before to continue their fight.

Umar Ardo is seeking for payoffs from the APC.

And APC will pay him in billions of Naira to pursue his claims until Peter Obi and Kwankwaso are frustrated.

What a way for a president to destroy every opposition party in preparation to be declared reelected for 2nd term as president.

Mr Ardo will lose this case flat! This is because the court will say he lacks the locus standi to institute the case. They will say he's an interloper, a busy body.
