Also recall, all traditional rulers in Lagos were instructed to declare emergency Oro Festival after that National Assembly election ahead of the next election on Saturday. Polling units were shifted illegally in between elections from secure locations to alow thugs free hand to snatch ballot boxes and result sheets, even inside Elegushi palace grounds. "Foreigners" (non-Yorubas) were harassed and prevented from voting.
