Wike Reacts To formation of Turaki-led PDP's Interim NWC by fergie001(mod):
Wike: You can't stop people who want to be criminals. The only way we can stop them is by applying the law. You went to Court to uphold their Amala Convention and lost, I thought Seyi Makinde is a young boy growing, I didn't know he is into this 419 things and fraud.

Reporters: Sir, you know the law. When you call them criminals...

Wike: Have you ever heard me say Ayu took bribes, has he sued me? What removed Senator Wabara from office, is it not because of ₦50m appropriation? They went to Court and lost and said Supreme Court said there is no leadership. Is this not fraud? That is stupid Nigerians. Like if really you are sure, like us in PDP Secretariat, we have given the bank account where you can pay money, let Turaki as a Senior Advocate, open an account on the name of PDP. That day, that silk will be removed, I dare him. Let him open an account and tell PDP people or Nigerians, this is the account where you will pay money?

Can they open a bank account in PDP's name? I know those that will pay: Channels, Arise and so on. I am not afraid to say it. Any bank that allows them open an account for people to buy forms or provide account number will be in trouble. For you to open the account, you will have a Certificate of Incorporation, so it's fraud. Who has the certificate? Us. I pray it is Turaki that puts his number or name there and see if he won't be derobed that same day and his silk removed. Again, any house they use for that, I will seal it up. You know me, I have said it, I will take that house.

Who give mad dog this much power?
One day, this very mad dog that Tinubu using against Opposition will come after Tinubu.
Is it not this very same mad dog that is ever willing to bite anyone when things don't go his way?
I pity whoever is aligning with this one.

Just imagine how he is talking about sealing or talking over properties like he is the owner of Abuja.

Someone should inform him that all Land transactions he did and acquired as Minister of FCT will be revoked and taken from him the very day he ceases to be FCT minister.

Tinubu is purposefully encouraging this vagueness in party leaderships across board. It is all part of his strategy to run unopposed. How can we still have uncertainty after the Apex court has sat on a matter?
Re: Wike Reacts To formation of Turaki-led PDP's Interim NWC by moyusuf1: 12:32pm On May 06
I think both parties need to go back to the Court for clear interpretation if they are in doubt rather than each of them continuously following different routes or implementing different things independently, if they ever desired peaceful resolution.

Wike brought the CTC of the judgement of the FHC Ibadan to the media briefing. He read the judgement that recognized the caretaker committee of Abdulrahman to everyone's hearing. That judgement was appeal by the Turaki group and hearing is slated for next week Friday. So, on what basis is wabara claiming there was no existing leadership and then forming a caretaker?

See, we all know the truth. There is no vacuum in PDP and INEC has duly recognized the legitimately leadership. Let's stop misrepresenting facts and spreading falsehood.

Wike's media chat today really punctured Turaki -Makinde's group assertions.

Abdulrahman-Anyawu actually have FHC judgement, giving legal backing to the formation of their caretaker committee, before proceeding to their convention and their elections.

I don't understand how Old men like Wabara was successfully manipulated by Makinde

My dear brother, is the FHC Ibadan, same as the CTC of the Supreme Court?
Did the FHC judgement come after the Supreme Court?
Was the Sam Anyanwu suspension a matter before the FHC Ibadan?
Is the FHC higher than the Supreme Court?

Did the Supreme Court make any pronouncement in respect of the Abuja convention?
Did the Supreme Court not dismiss the appeal of the Turaki group while upholding the judgement of justice Omotosno and Lifu?
So, where did the vacuum you guys are talking about arise from when a court of competent jurisdiction has already recognized the legitimacy of the Abdulrahman caretaker committee?
Has the judgement of the FHC Ibadan been set aside by any superior court?

I have answered oooo, I am waiting for yours
seunmsg:
Can you produce the ruling of the supreme Court on the Abuja convention?

Has the judgement of the FHC Ibadan been set aside by any superior court?
The judgement was appealed. The Appeal Court in Ibadan said they should go and settle.

seunmsg: ]The court of appeal to the best of my knowledge simply affirmed the right of a political party to set up a disciplinary panel to discipline member of the party. They never specifically ruled that Anyanwu is suspended. The Ikimi committee recommended his suspension and the NEC never even ratified it.
This is very untrue. The Ikimi report was in June, unrelated to the Nov Convention.

The Appeal Court never ever touched Ikimi Committee report and it never surfaced anywhere excepting January this year before FCT High Court, that is another case altogether.
The Appeal Court ruled on Omotosho and Lifu, upheld the NWC suspension of Anyanwu, Ajibade, Bature and 1 other. They were specific and that is why they cross-appealed. The Ikimi report is another matter entirely.

Even at that, suspension for 30 days is not expulsion. The suspension lapses after the 30 days. Beside, NEC cleared him to contest so that shows the suspension had been lifted if there was any suspension at all.
That's where you are getting it wrong
The NEC was called by a suspended member (Anyanwu) during the pendency of his suspension.
Again, suspended for 30 days, face the panel.... Did he face the panel?
No, instead two days later..went on to sign to form his faction.
How can a suspended member call for NEC? 😂
