What's the highest score you ever had during your tertiary institution days? And which course/level was that?

Corrosion Science and Control: Year three, First Semester.........92

200 level Engineering Faculty course on Electrical Technology, we usually don't see our score but just the grades on our pages on the university website but happened to see this one because my grade didn't reflect on the portal so I had make investigation and petition to the student advisor who then told me I had 97% that I shouldn't panic it will reflect in the coming days. I didn't have opportunity to see many of my scores but for the ones I saw this was my highest.

Sorry won't mention the course...

Well, I don't know the actual score per se because it was not revealed and I didn't care to check.

It's the first lecture of the course for a new session, I hurriedly walked into the class with the lecturer already in the class calling out the registration numbers of the students that performed well in his course, with my mind still tensed with rapid breathing from the way I rushed in, I didn't pay attention to the registration number he kept calling repeatedly until he said he will call the person's name, I still didn't pay attention because to me I wasn't expecting my name to be called but I was sure I did well in the exams.

Lo and behold, my name was called and the whole class went numb , even me... The lecturer asked me why I refused to come out but I was too dumbfounded to even reply 😂, he shook my hands and told the class to applaud me that I didn't just write the exams well but I wrote like a scholar 😂. One of the funniest and happiest days of my life... That incident made some of my course mates to be calling me the name of our pioneer professor in that field till date.



May God rest the soul of that lecturer 🕊️

Do I even check my scores? I no sure say my university dey show scores oooooo, na only grade you go see. But why do I even need to see the score sef? Imagine say dem give me 69 (B), e go pain me to know say na only 1 mark na deprive me from getting A. So I rather not see abeg!!! But right from day one, I don already know say high CGPA no be my business, my business na to enlighten men wey marry nonvirgins and no wan go for DNA test.

MTH 122 - 3 credits load

2nd Year Engineering faculty course - Strength of Materials (FEG 215) - scored 100. It was quite a tough course which had averagely poor performance.

88:-Engineering Mechanics.

98/100 in 100L Statistics.

My brain was on fire then

99% that was in GST, 98% in Parasitology.

As a UK student:
96/100. Database Systems - 300l
94/100. Advance topics in computer science - 400l

As a Nigeria student: 85/100 - OND

Medical parasitology....Zoology course ...3rd year....81....

Nice score, but honestly, that’s not the real test.

Ninety something! I don forget the chemistry course sha!

97. Thermodynamics in my 200 level in thr university. Tough course. Funny enough, i only attended classes three times.

Omo na me train my self go school, I just dislike school, na one course like that math 211, 200 level first semester na calculus na even college of science course but necessary, na 76 if am not mistaken, because we do presentation, for as test 30 mark, my group that year get 29, so na just to write exam, get like 30 to get C, maybe because I spy shall I see 76 A, 3 unit course na once my teeth Open I later get carry over for physics 211 electronic/ mech, same semester, so school just comot for my head as I dey see money, omo computer science, just tire me

I scored 92 in Use of English in 100 level(GNS 101)

My head was still hot from the way I studied like crazy for JAMB the previous year. I had mastered so many rules of English language particularly Concord (Agreement), use of verbs and other areas they tested in the GNS 101.

While in the exam hall I told myself that if I scored lower than 80, then I would know there was a foul play in the marking of my script. I was that confident.
