Na so i buy that dry-gin and bitter leaf drank for two says since then no more itching and the rashes were gone.

That is Scabies. Clean your environment. Wash all your cloths with hot water. Buy Benzyl bezonate. Rub it over your body except your face. Use for 7 days. You will be fine

In the last three days I haven't had good night rests due to persistent and uncontrollable itching on my skin.

Though, right from time I've always had itches from time to time, but not as severe as this one currently.

These few days have been hell for me, as I can hardly sleep at night.

Over the years, I used to take a particular drug for Filariasis. It's a tiny drug that is white in color and has the exact size of a Piriton tablet. I would take only two of it for three or so months. But since I left home, I haven't seen where I can go to get those drugs. At my former place of residence, I used to go to a Primary Health care centre to take it. The drugs weren't even allowed to be taken home, you have to swallow it right there. And you must not eat before going to take it. You go in the mornings, take it on an empty stomach and wait till 1pm before you eat. It's being over five years since I relocated to a new city and I don't know where I can get the drugs. The drug is Free, but you will have to pay for a Card there.

I don't bathe with Rain Water or boil water to bath during the harmattan season, to avoid the itching.

My arms, armpits, tommy, behind my neck, scrotum and pubic region itch. When I scratch, It get swollen a bit, then the swell disappears after a few minutes, sometimes I injure myself when I'm scratching. The painful part is it itches me even to my anus. Inside my anus, I have scratched and scratched and the place has become painful. I have to be extremely careful whenever I use the restroom and need to wash my nyash.

This has caused me a lot of discomfort. I'm really depressed. The fact that I'm going through a lot now, makes the whole thing really tormenting. I've always prayed that God should keep my health, so I don't get bedfasted for any reason, because if I'm unable to go to work and provide for myself, nobody will. I'm all I've got.

I really need your inputs here, my brothers and sisters. Health is wealth honestly.

I've being drinking coke everyday for many years now. Some days , two bottles. Even those who sell to me have begged me to stop.
So I am thinking that is the cause of my issues. Also coupled with the fact that I have filariasis

It's not water, it's microfilaria like he stated
I have suffered from that sickness before and it's terribly bad.

Microfilaria is caused by mosquitoes or black fly that feasted on an infected person and then dump the eggs on a new host. The eggs grow to become worms in the blood which in turn begins to reproduce.

Unfortunately there is no permanent cure for developed microfilaria worm but it can be managed to reduce the larvae load.

Failure to treat it properly can lead to elephantiasis or river blindness.

Drugs like mectiza or ivermectin are given orally to treat it

I once had it and did test, all the labs said I didn't have bacteria in my system , I thought it was bad water but a pharmacist told me to ask for microfilaria test which I took and it came out positive

But I'm suspecting it to be Chronic Hives.It is not a disease on it own, just a symptom of an underlying ailment.
Your best action now is to go for a test.

Yours is siphilis, go for a test and use herbal medicine to cure it permanently. Once you are done testing I recommend the herbal products. It happened to me exactly same way you explained years back.

That is filariasis as you said,. Look for ripe paw paw, bring out ten seeds with unbroken skin and swallow them with water , you will notice the itching will stop within one hour. Repeat again when you notice another infestation

My brother,Sorry for your situation, however, sorry alone can not solve the problem . If you are in Nigeria and you believe in herbal remedies,then go get these four items. 1 TABA JUNKUN, 2 TABA OYINBO, 3 BONNI, 4 EESO LARA PUPA AND LOCAL SOAP. You will need the seeds in No 3 and 4 grind them with the first two, add local soap (Ose dudu) black soap in Yoruba language. (note that the said OSE dudu is eatable) you add it to local gun or Gin of your choice. take one shot in the morning and evening after food the the remaining shaft is added you your bath soap. I promise you that by the end of the Third week, you will see significant changes. Only if you believe in herbal remedies. All the best.

You need to see a Medical doctor for clinical evaluation.There are many possible causes of pruritus. Don't joke with your health. Social media isn't a Clinic.
